As Shadow developed into city life,he changed.Not physically,but mentally and emotionally.Eventualy,you could get him th laugh.He was rich from working for G.U.N.Sonic's life,however,took a turn for the worst.Amy dumped him.Did I say for the worst?I meant the best!He never liked Amy,anyway.Tails became a scientist and discovered many,many new things.Hovercars,robots that do your homework,Giant robots with hammers.Wait,that last one was Eggman's.Knuckles was a (what else) professional treasure-hunter,as was Rouge on her spare time away from G.U.N.Amy was a professional spelunker.(for all who don't know,Spelunking is cave-exploring)
Eggman was...well,Eggman.What else does Eggman do other than attempt to take over the world?

Shadow met Sonic at the lab.Shadow pounded on the door.Had it been a regular door,he would have knocked,but the lab door was 4in. thick titanium.Tails wouldn't hear a regular knock.Tails opened the door and they came in.
