Rent Shakespearian Sonnet

This one is so much worse than my Wicked one, haha. 'Who isn't mean' was because I needed to rhyme it and couldn't think of anything.

Anyway, even though it's a poem/sonnet, I'd love reviews :)

We open in a very bare apartment

A giant family all filled with love

Mark Roger and Collins all keeping ends met

While friends help like angels from up above

There are two women Joanne and Maureen

Who are together and love every day

And then there is Angel, who is not mean

But he does have AIDS and will pass away

Mimi, a stripper at a club downstreet

IS not with Roger and problems arise

They also have AIDS and baggage discreet

Mimi's trumps Roger's in his dark brown eyes

But despite the fact that they are diff'rent

This group of people manage to pay rent
