Oroku waited as he watched April come back from her date with Casey Jones. For the past month he has been captured by her beauty, and once the buffoon leaves he will have her. As he watched he felt his heart skip a beat, he was going in; on past dates he has never gone in.
He growled though it did make him happy, he always wanted to kill the idiot. He would not have to post pone it either. "Stay here." He told his driver as he put on his favorite weapon and headed to her house.
Casey and April were talking on her couch about the movie and plans for the week when a knock on the door stopped them. They looked at one another it wouldn't be the turtles or Angel,when the knock became urgent and hard Casey got it.
He opened the door only for something to pierce him through the chest, April screamed backing away. As Casey fell onto the floor a man walked in, she slowly recognized him. The Shredder, he was in her home, he had killed Casey. She backed away while crying though she tried to hold them back. She ran to her bedroom, locking the door, and pathetically moving her dresser in front of the door. She only stopped when his hand smashed through the door, grabbing her arm. She yanked it away which would cause a bruise. She ran to the shell phone yanking out the charger she called Donny, and cried as the smashing of her door got harder.
She turned toward the Shredder as he broke her door and dresser. "Donny, guys Shredder killed Casey and he's taking me." She hung up glad she could keep her voice clear from crying.
As Shredder came through her door, she ran to her window opener it, keeping a hold of her cellphone. She got through the window, and ran down the fire escape. As she ran down , she wipe away the tears that came. When she made it to the alley, she allowed herself to turn around glad he wasn't their. She ran to the nearest sewer hole. As she only had one corner to turn she felt happy, she didn't have to hold her emotions back about Casey. She wanted to tell him he'd be a father but all that stopped when she ran into his arms. She tried to turn away, but he grabbed her from behind and covered her nose with a rag. She tried not to breathe it in but it was hard and she dropped everything.
Shredder picked her up bridal style, smashing the phone, heading to the car. He carefully placed her in the car and they headed home. He stared at her the whole way, thinking of having her by his side. When the car stopped and the key was taken out, he picked her up again. As much as he would like to have her in his bed, he needed to make sure their was nothing wrong with her. He gently placed her on the medical bed, stepping back to let the female staff take a look at her.
He watched them,waiting for any indication that anything was wrong. When a woman came back running with papers in hand to the head. He read her lips jumping up. "Pregnant!"
The two woman jumped, looking at one another "Yes, my Lord. We did the check twice to be sure." The woman said handing him the papers.
He read them himself, getting angrier by the moments. He started to think did she know about the child? Is that why she invited him in?How could he have not known he had touched HER? It was the turtles fault, they intervened and he touched her. He wanted her to give birth to his children and his alone. He could abort the child, say it 'd cry more, seeking companionship.
"Will she be able to have other children?" He asked the whole time staring at her
"Yes, I see no problems why she should not."
"Get rid of it then." He walked out
April moaned in her sleep, she opened her eyes regretting it. She closed her eyes,opening more slowly this time. She looked around being in the hospital,but she froze at seeing the Shredder and seeing papers. She wrapped her arms around her stomach, protecting her unborn her stomach hurt a little and she felt uncomfortable.
"My Lady its okay." One woman said coming closer to her "Were just making sure that your fine ." She said putting a comforting hand on April's.
April looked to Shredder and the other woman "My baby is going to be fine?" She asked her voice strong despite the situation.
That's when everyone got quite, that all she heard was the machine beeping. "My child will be okay!" She yelled all composure gone
"There were-" Another started
"No! No, you're lying. My child is fine." She said crying
"The stress from the night."
"No. No." April said shaking her head and crying, she hugged her stomach.
"My Lady, please calm down." Another woman said going over to April
"Stay away from me!" She yelled tossing a water bottle at her. She took out the needles and ran to the other cursed when she realized it was a closet, she boarded it whiel crying.
Saki was in his regular clothes, when he was alerted; he went in the hospital wondering where April was.
"Leave me alone!" She yelled
He raised an eyebrow, he walked to them they bowed with shame. "We didn't thinks he'd be able to run with the meds in her." The head doctor said
"When I get her, I want you to handcuff her." He nodded to guard who were at the door.
"Come out are we will come in."
"No! Stay away from me and my child."
He turned to the head nurse "Did you not tell her the unfortunate news." He said with a sarcastic tone
"She's not accepting it well." She said looking at the closet that they heard a loud noise of something
"Obviously." He nodded to the guards and they began smashing the door down
April who had already blocked the door, used another cabinet to fall and slant on it she opened the ceiling and went in as they stated to beat the door down. She crawled through, knowing she'd have to find a computer and stairs.
"Sir she's not in here." One said scared of his reaction
Oroku walked in to inspect himself, he saw what she did, smirking he looked at the two "Follow her."
April had to hold back from vomiting, she had to stop several times to take deep breaths. The dark did not help her, all it did was remind her of what happened tonight. She just had to hold on for the guys to get her message and came to rescue her. She just had to concentrate on the computer and stairs, then hospital.
She was relieved to see light ahead, she was quite as can be she had to hold her breath when she saw Karai.
"You three will go in the air ducts here, and you two will go to the computer room. We are using codes for the elevator. If you don't remember that, you will be punished by my father." She warned, looking at them
"Where will you be?" One asked
She circled the area of the map "Around this area, now go!"
They scrambled, April cautiously followed the guys going to the control room. She really wanted some fresh air, but with everyone walking around and cameras she could not risk it.
She cursed, holding her mouth as the guys went in the elevator and were too fast to copy the code.
She had to stop anyway though, her stomach felt a little weird. "Hold on kid, soon you'll have everything you'll ever want alright." She promised
She froze when she heard movement in the vents, it must be the guys with Karai. She had to risk it, so she kicked the air block down, she dropped down and ran for it, hating all the cameras that were catching her face.
She found stairs and busted in the hall, she ran down them, not looking back. She smiled relived when she saw she was on floor ten. Though as she went down another corridor, smoke appeared and the elite were in front of her.
"Oh fuck." She said knowing she had no chance, she turned ready to run the other way.
Two jumped above her, and were in her way she backed into the wall. Thinking of how she had no options, she remembered what Splinter said. "At times you fight, and other times you must wait patience is key."
She put her hands up in surrender, plus her stomach was starting to hurt her. The two at the top of the stairs side stepped and she walked up. The elevator was tight with all of them, she couldn't even tell where they were lading her to. Though unlike the other halls these were more personal looking. She was shocked to be in a bedroom.
"Grab her." Karai said
April was taken to the ground instantly, they had one of her arms out. Karai grabbed her wrist and April winced as something large was in her skin.
They let go of her, even roughly helping her up, which she felt nauseas of.
"You may all go." Their master said, they bowed leaving Karai closing the door
Saki liked the look of hatred she had for him, April wanted to glare hate at him but her wrist was sore. She looked at it, in her wrist was something big and bulky and flashing.
"It's still getting used to your skin, give it a few more days and you won't see it or the flashing unless you really look." He said walking over to her
"You're tracking me like a dog!" She yelled madder
"No, I'm tracking you like a person who runs off." He smirked "Now let us retire, it is now eight and I'm tired and you must be." He said walking to the bed
"I am not sleeping with you."
"I bet you used that same line on Jones." He teased
She picked up a vase and threw it at him, he ducked in time. He ran over to her, slamming her into the door hard. "I will allow that just this once because of your fragile condition, next time I will punish you."
He grabbed her arm, pressing into the flashing wrist ignoring her scream of pain. He picked her up, tossing her onto the bed. She was shocked by this, he went into the bed, dragging her next to him, and putting his weight on her. "Sleep."
With the turtles
Donny woke up smelling Mikey's breakfast, he slowly got up from his desk rubbing the pain in his neck away. He walked into the kitchen, smiling at smelling and hearing the coffee being made, he sent a grateful look to Mikey who smiled back before looking back to the stove.
He grabbed his favorite cup, while waiting he nodded to his brothers Leo who smelled like he just came form a shower went to his boiled tea kettle. While he poured his tea in his cup Donny poured Coffee in his mug, they both let out a joyous sigh as their drink woke them, and sent something soothing down their throat. Leo grabbed an apple along with a granola bar before leaving. Raph just sipped his orange juice, waiting for Mikey to finish he looked at some magazine. Don waited for Mikey to finish with his plate, thanking him he grabbed it and headed to his desk.
He sat down his plate careful of his coffee when he saw his phone flashing, he walked over to it going in his head of what could need fixing at April's. When he played the message he froze at hearing the message. When he composed himself he ran into the living room. "Guys! It's April The Shredder kidnapped her!" He yelled circling around. That got their attention and they ran over to him even Splinter came over panicked. They all started asking questions pulling him to themselves to yell the question at him.
"Enough!" He yelled pushing himself away from the circle "All I heard was this." He played April's message and they were all quite.
"Casey's dead." Raphael said with disbelief falling down
"I can't believe it." Leonardo said
"Believe it my sons, let us see if any one knows of our friends death and miss. O'Neil's kidnapping." Splinter said going to the TV and turning on the news.
Don went to his laptop to see if it was online though after searching obituary after obituary on web pages and watching the news no one knew. This aggravated them more, Splinter looked at his sons seeing the hurt and pain on their faces they are trying to hide.
"As we wait for nightfall, I suggest meditation and thinking of our friends would be best." Splinter said walking slowly into his bedroom to grieve.
