Lance couldn't believe it. All he wanted to do was take a nice little walk with his wonderful little puppy, who he's had for only a year. He most certainly did not want to adopt another, much less 4 more!
But, here he was, standing outside of the little flower shop called Shirogane Flowers Co. , being asked if he wanted a box of puppies.
Now,he normally would have been perfectly fine saying no except, Shiro, the man who was holding the box kept looking at him with those hopeful eyes, and frankly, Lance just didn't know how to deal with that.
So he took the box and tried his best not to melt because damnit Shiro, please stop with that soft smile. Lance's poor little heart can only take so much.
"Thanks for taking them off my hands." Shiro had told him, a light blush coating his cheeks and he rubbed the back of his neck nervously.
"I really had no one else to turn to."
"Y-yeah no problem Shiro. Always happy to help." Lance said, swallowing.
"Eh, yea I'm uh, gonna leave now, so.. yea." he coughed out nervously. Shiro was really fucking hot and Lance's little heart just can't take it. Why.
"Oh yea. Uh, see you later?" Shiro said, with that hopeful look yet again.
"Uh, yea." Lance said with a wave.
Damn it. He was so far gone it wasn't even funny anymore. Why was this his life?

Shiro smiled as he watched Lance walk away. He was happy he was able to give the puppies a better home.
(Although, to he honest, he only used them to see Lance again. But that's something he very much wanted to keep to himself-
"I see you used the puppies to see Lance again." Allura said behind a smirk.
But, She already knows. Damn.)
Shiro flushed, giving up on denial. "...Yes."
Allura rolled her eyes. "Just ask him out already! He's obviously into you, and you into him. Just do it."
Shiro just looked at her, "But what if-"
"If you don't ask him now, someone else will. "Allura cut him off, an evil smirk on her face.
"What. " he deadpaned.
"Well, that Keith guy had his eyes on Lance, and he doesn't really seems like the type to just wait around." She hummed, giving him a conspiring wink. Shrio gulped.
"Lance wouldn't be into him.. Would he?"
"Well, I don't know. Keith is a pretty pice of eye candy." Alluras smirk grew wider.
With that, Shiro walked out of the door. Lance was his damn it.

The next day, Shiro walked in to work with a big smile on his face, humming a happy little tune.
"I take it it went well? " Allura smiled.
"Yup. Second date tonight."
"Oh that's great- wait second? And- is that - that's Lance's jacket isn't it? Shiro what did you do?" Allura asked, a little startled.
Shiro merely smiled in response.
That's for me to know and you to not find out.
He thought to himself with a laugh.
