1. Introduction and Character criteria

Hello all. for this fanfic im gonna do something different.

I want you guys to submit your character ideas.

Your character will play an important part in this fic as your character will be an assassin hired by the scientists of Half-World to kill Rocket (Subject: 89P13) as recapture will be too difficult.

Submissions will be accepted for the duriation of 4 weeks so take your time. After those 4 weeks i will choose a submitted character and the characters creator will be credited.
