Test Subjects
"That's not funny."
"I hate to disagree, Miss Granger, but I do believe that was hilarious." Fred smirked.
Hermione stood with her hands on her hips in front of the redhead. She shook her head, "The little kids that wander in here are not test subjects. You can't hand them something that looks like candy and expect them not to eat."
"I expected them to eat them. That's the whole point of using them as guinea pigs." Fred responded.
"It's irresponsible and thickheaded and completely unethical!" Hermione exclaimed. "You have no idea what a prototype could have done to the poor children. This is just as bad as you testing on first years back when you were at Hogwarts!"
Fred took a step closer to her, "Perhaps you would like to volunteer yourself as a test subject. Because I've got something I want to try out and I think you're the perfect specimen to try it on."
"And what is that?" Hermione raised an eyebrow.
"This." Fred answered simply and dragged her into his arms, capturing her lips with his.
