It had been three years, three long bloody years, since Leon has been home. During those years, Leon had managed to get himself involved in every T-virus incident. There was even a G-virus incident on one occasion. Leon was tired of viruses, tired of the world, just plain tired.

Leon unlocked the door to his house and stepped inside. He flipped a switch and light washed the room with light. To the left was the kitchen and dining room. To the right was the living room. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms down the hall.

Leon hung his coat on a coat rack and kicked off his boots. He was tired but didn't want to go to bed. So, he stepped into the kitchen to find something to eat. After twenty minutes of searching, cursing, and cooking, Leon walked into his living room with a plate of food and a soda. He plopped down on the coughed and sighed deeply as peace and quiet filled him.

There was no screaming, no yelling, no zombies or ganados to annoy him. No one was going to bust threw the window looking like a freak from hell. There would be no mutated creatures trying to bite his head off, cut him in half, or spit face eating acid on him.

Leon took a bite of his food and turned on the TV. He flipped between channels until he found something that caught his attention. It was a news story on a new virus called the B-virus. The reporter talked about how a new research company was creating a virus that could be controlled with specific chemicals. There had been test conducted on small animals and results were hopeful.

"It is said that the B-virus could be more powerful the T and G-virus. Scientists at the Neiku research facility have predicted if there is another virus break out, the B-virus could be deployed and replace the T-virus. Then, a special chemical would be released into the air, allowing everyone that has the B-virus to be controlled until and antidote has been administered. That way, events such as Raccoon City would never happen again."

Leon picked up his phone as the reporter finished talking. Hunnington would want to know about this new virus. Leon wanted to know more about it, also. He had a feeling that he wouldn't be relaxing for very long.
