Not all men are created equal...
That was the words of the world. A world where 80% of Humanity gained special mutations called 'Quirks' while the remaining 20% were left 'Quirkless' and therefore seen as helpless by society. However, many people are willing to strive to do what they can to achieve their dreams...and sometimes, those dreams are to become HEROES.
A young couple was expecting their first child. The names of this couple were Inko and Hisashi Midoriya. Both of them had rather small and simple Quirks with Inko having [Attraction], allowing her to attract objects towards her and Hisashi having [Fire Breath], which of course allowed him to breathe fire.
Inko had finished pushing the baby out and was now holding him in her arms. He was truly beautiful with fair skin, freckles dotting his chubby cheeks and a plume of green hair with black tips.
"He's beautiful..." Hisashi said with tears in his eyes as he held his son in his arms. The baby yawned and opened his big round eyes, which shone like emeralds.
"Our little Izuku..." Inko whispered as she was given back her newborn son, who began crying before she proceeded to start breastfeeding him, causing him to calm down relatively quickly.
"Ma'am, I've also noticed that your baby has a strange reading. Is it alright if we take a DNA sample?" A nurse said and Inko, albeit reluctant, allowed her to take a blood sample of Izuku, which the baby didn't notice.
"I hope you have a good night, Inko." The doctor said with a smile as Inko and Hisashi headed back home with their bouncing baby boy in their arms. While overjoyed for the new life they had, a worrying thought entered their heads; What if Izuku was Quirkless? He would surely face discrimination and prejudice.
Luckily, the couples worries would be eased as it was young Izuku Midoriya's birthday to become the greatest Hero of all time...and 4 years, it would be first unveiled to the family.
*4 years later*
"It's my birthday!" Shouted the excitable voice of a little boy with wild green hair with black ti[s and freckles. Izuku Midoriya was a carefree and cheerful boy who was accepting of all people. His one dream was to become a Hero like his idol, the Symbol of Peace: All Might!
"Alright, squirt! Are you ready to find out what your Quirk is?" Hisashi said. He had grown a bit of a 5 o'clock shadow but he was supportive and encouraging of his son. His question to Izuku was an excited nod of the head as Inko giggled from her place in the kitchen.
"We'll get to that soon, boys. But first have breakfast! I made your favorite!" Izuku cheered as he zoomed to the kitchen like a little green energy bolt and got on the table as Inko sat three bowls of Katsudon (rice topped with fried pork cutlet) for the three of them. After saying grace and eating, the family entered the car and drove to the doctor's office as Izuku was practically bouncing in his seat.
When they arrived and checked an appointment. Izuku was barley containing his excitement, he was like a little green firework ready to go off and when the doctor came with the results, the fuse was lit.
"Well, son, I have some surprising news for you. Not only are you getting a Quirk, but you're getting four Quirks!" Izuku immediately locked up as the information was dumped on him. Inko and Hisashi were also greatly surprised.
"Whoa! That's like, a one in a million chance of happening!" Hisashi breathed out, floored by the revelation.
"Can you tell us how this is possible, doctor." Inko said, looking concerned at her sons expressionless features.
"I'm just as surprised as you are but the DNA report we got from little Izuku on the day of his birth showed that he had the potential to have four Quirks. It seems that potential has been reached and the Quirks have manifested. We don't know exactly what they will be but I am certain they will be great. Head on home and I'll go and record little Izuku as the first official Multi-Quirk User." The doctor said as he waved the family off and gave Izuku a lollipop for his patience as they headed home. Izuku was still frozen in shock all the way back home and Hisashi and Inko were getting worried.
"Little buddy...are you okay?" Hisashi said gently and poked his sons chubby cheek.
That was enough.
"I'M GONNA GET FOUR QUIRKS!" The shout was heard from outer space as a effeminate looking lizard like alien in armor with a red scouter was sitting on his throne when he heard that.
"What the devil is that noise?" He asked in confusion before brushing it off as just his imagination and continued on his plans for conquest.
*2 Months later*
Izuku was eating lunch by himself at his Kindergarten. He suddenly noticed someone sit down next to him and saw a boy his age with red eyes and spiky ash blonde hair. This was Katsuki Bakugou, his best friend since they were babies.
"Hey, Deku-Chan! What's up?" Katsuki was the complete opposite of Izuku. He was brash, cocky and hot-tempered and wasn't afraid of picking a fight with anybody who said one wrong word to him. He had recently manifested his Quirk, which allowed him to create explosions from his hands, a few months ago. This of course inflated his already impressive ego to unbearable proportions but Izuku was the only one who still tolerated him despite all the children telling him not to bother with someone as thick-headed as him.
"Kaachan! I've been meaning to tell you! I got my Quirk and I'm not getting just one Quirk but four Quirks!" Katsuki tripped over himself in surprise that his best friend, who he had always teased as being nerdy and a crybaby, was getting multiple Quirks.
"What the hell?! That's awesome! Do you know what they do?" Katsuki shouted in excitement. He had quite the foul mouth for someone his age, a trait he picked up from his mother, Mitsuki.
"I haven't figured out what they do, but the doctor says I have them!" Izuku said happily and Katsuki grinned. It had been their dream since they could speak that they would become Heroes together and it seemed that day was becoming a reality more than ever before!
"Hey, Deku-Chan! Wanna go into the woods later? A log came down and made a bridge over that creek we couldn't cross before!" Katsuki said. Often, Katsuki would lead 'expeditions' with Izuku and a few other of their classmates to go and fight 'Villains'. Katsuki would always hog all the fun while Izuku just trailed behind like a lost little puppy. But now, things were changing...
After school, the two boys were walking through the woods and saw the log that bridged the gap over the creek. Izuku made it over no problem as Katsuki began following him.
"Like I'm gonna fall behind you, Nerd!" Katsuki boasted as he made his way across before his foot slipped and he fell screaming into the creek. The resulting splash masking the sickening crunch that emitted from his arm.
"KAACHAAAAAAAAAN!" Izuku cried in terror as he slid down and waded through the creek, helping Katsuki out and seeing his arm in terrible shape.
"H-Help! Kaachan is hurt!" Izuku cried as he looked around, hoping for someone to hear his cry but saw that nobody was coming. Izuku sobbed before suddenly accidentaley cutting himself on a sharp rock and yelping in pain before suddenly noticing a strange glow cover him. He suddenly noticed that Katsuki and everything else was shrinking around him...before he realized that he was getting BIGGER!
"W-What's going on? HELP!" Izuku cried and soon in his place was a giant naked giant with elf hairs, a skeletal lipless mouth, no genitals and wild green hair. He panicked at first before stopping and crouching down to see Katsuki, who had lost consciousness earlier.
"D-Don't worry, Kaachan! I'll get you help!" Izuku said, his voice booming as he moved through the trees, knocking a couple down before making his way to the city. People started screaming when they saw the giant and began fleeing as Izuku carefully made his way downtown to the nearest hospital, wondering why he transformed.
"I-Is this one of my Quirks? How did I do this?" Izuku thought as he saw a hospital in the distance and headed towards it, being careful not to step on anybody as he made his way across. He then remembered he saw a page from Attack on Titan on his teachers desk at school and saw Eren transforming into his Titan Form.
"That's it! I think I can copy anything I see in manga! Maybe anime t-" Izuku's thoughts were interrupted when he was restrained by wood-like tentacles and saw Kamui Woods, a freshly debuted Rookie Pro Hero, restraining him with his Quirk, [Arbor].
"Alright, big guy, time to go down!" Kamui Woods declared as he yanked Izuku forward, not noticing he had Katsuki in his arms.
"W-Wait! Don't attack! I-I have Kaachan with me!" Izuku stomped his foot down and steadied himself before breaking free of the wood tentacles.
"Damn, he's tough! I didn't think anything could get past my Lacquered Chain Prison!" Kamui Woods grunted before noticing Katsuki in Izuku's arms.
"Crap! He's got a hostage! I didn't notice that earlier!" The Pro Hero cursed in his head as he struggled to figure out what to do. Izuku suddenly began shrinking down and Kamui Woods looked in confusion before his eyes widened in shock to see Izuku revert back to a normal 4-year old boy, Katsuki still in his arms.
"Oh man, I almost hurt a kid!" Kamui Woods thought in panic before another figure jumped in. Izuku's eyes lit up when he saw it was none other than All Might himself!
"A-All Might! H-Help me! Kaachan is hurt!" Izuku whimpered as All Might knelt down and patted the boy on his head.
"Have no fear, young one. For I am here!" The Symbol of Peace said with his bright smile before checking Katsuki for the damage and saw his broken arm. Nodding, All Might picked up the two boys in his arms and jumped into the air to the hospital while Kamui Woods followed behind, a single thought on his mind and that was to make amends with the kid he almost hurt.
It was here that Izuku manifested the first of his four powerful Quirks and was also the day where he and his best friend Katsuki Bakugou became something even more than friends...it was the day they became brothers.

If you haven't noticed, Izuku will be insanely OP and he won't be alone because the rest of the cast will gain some upgrades in their own rights. I'll also be including some Marvel and DC stuff, mostly from the MCU.
If you want to know what Izuku's Quirks will be, well the original story has only shown two so far and they are Fictional Manifestation and Perfect Copy.
Fictional Manifestation-Allows Izuku to manifest the powers or items of anything from fiction.
Perfect Copy-Allows Izuku to permanently copy the Quirk of anybody but he must be willing to copy it first.
The other two I could use help on but I will mainly be focusing on those two Quirks though. If any of you have ideas for what the other two Quirks should be, I'm all ears. They have to be insanely OP though and one of them also must be a Healing type Quirk.
