Just A little one-shot I thought of. Tell me what you think!

It was a normal Saturday afternoon. Adam, Bree, and Chase were on a fairly simple mission. They had to pull out wires from the helicopter that had a broken fuse. If it turned on, it would explode, but right now it is off. Leo was monitoring it, while I perfected one of my inventions.

Leo ran up to me frantically and said, "Big D, I lost connection!"

Suddenly, the doors burst open, and an Adam carrying an unconscious Chase with a very angry Bree next to him entered the lab.

"Why did you tell Adam to drop the helicopter while Chase was under it Mr. Davenport?!"

Now, I was baffled. "What? I was never even monitoring the mission! Leo was!"

All of a sudden, Eddy came onto the screen.

"Ha ha! I never thought you would fall for that trick!"

Adam piped up. "Wait, I am confused. Eddy is Mr. Davenport…?"

I quickly scanned Chase, and when I found he was only unconscious, I let him be.

Bree stormed to Eddy and jabbed her finger in his screen. "You did that?! You just got Chase hurt! He can have amnesia! How do you even do that?"

"Well, I just imitated Donnie's voice and told Adam to drop the helicopter! Piece of cake!"

She picked up the scissors lying next to her and lifted them to break the screen. "I will-"

I quickly ran over to Bree and flicked the scissors out of her hands.

"Don't break my inventions Bree! Leave Eddy alone."

She slumped her shoulders and sat next at the cyber desk.

But Eddy didn't know when to stop. "Aww, little Bree is getting all protective of her little brother?"

She made sure to give him the death glare.

Leo broke his silence. "Why do you even keep Eddy Big D? He is only an annoying, pestering, cyber friend. He doesn't help at all!"

I sighed. "I don't know. I just keep Eddy ok. What's your problem?"

Adam pointed at Chase. "Uh, he almost killed my little brother!"

By now Chase woke up too.

"Just get rid of him Mr. Davenport! He only harms the team."

"Fine. I'll tell you the truth."

Everyone leaned in, eager to know the truth.

"Chase, remember when you made Cheddy?"

He went red at the memory.

"Uh, yeah."

"Well, he was really nice and everything. So Eddy was like that too at first. When I found out my brother died, well, I had nobody, and everything felt like it was my fault. Eddy was there for me then. He was family when I didn't have one. Maybe he turned bad now, but in reality, this is the least I can do for him."

Bree walked over and wrapped her hands around me. "That may be a different time, but now you have us."

Chase came over too and smiled. "We are here for anything."

Adam came over as well, and said with a grin, "Yes, if the truth is your hair isn't real, we will be there every step of the way to make sure you accept it."

Leo rolled his eyes, but added, "But the first step to fixing a problem is admitting you have one."

I laughed and embraced them too. "And I will be there for you guys too."

Really, this was the best d=family I could ever ask for.
