A Bedtime Story

Note: I asked xXKuroNekoXx personally if I could use her fan Character, Kyoko Sohma. Please do not ever use anyone else's character unless you okay it with them first, it's just wrong. Also, I do not own any of the Fruits Basket Characters or the series.
A Young Woman, about 21, looked down at a small pair of fiery red eyes as she told her the story of the zodiac. She had long, white hair, and gleaming silver eyes. Her child had red eyes and short, white hair. "…Except for the poor cat, who had been tricked. So, for a long time, the cat was cursed to never be in the zodiac, but one day, the cat beat the rat in a contest, and he was allowed to be in the zodiac. He fell in love with another cat, and they lived happily ever after. The end." She patted her child on the head and looked back to see a young man of the same age with orange hair and red eyes, standing in the doorway, a smile on his face. The child then said, "Mommy..?" The young woman looked down at her child, "Yes, Sakura?" The child looked at her father in the doorway, and then back to her mother, "How did you and daddy fall in love?" She patted her child on the head and said, I'll tell you when you're older." Then she stood up. "Goodnight, Sakura." She was about to turn off the light when her daughter said, "I'm sure glad I was born in the year of the cat." Then she closed her eyes and fell asleep. "The young woman sighed and turned off the light. She quietly closed the door and walked into the living room with her husband. "Oh Kyo, she asks me to tell her that story every night." Kyo looked to his wife, "Well Kyoko, it is a good story." Kyoko smiled and said, "Yes, it is." Then she sat on the couch with him. They kissed eachother and then watched a movie together.
