The first day Filif was on Earth, they hated each other. You could tell that Dairine was trying not to, but she did. You couldn't blame them, they were, in fact both stars. Roshaun seemed to turn down every branch Dairine extended to him until only those of snark were left. Roshaun seemed to know nothing of the fascinating planet where they were staying, and even though some parts of it Filif did not like, he understood. Roshaun even did not like Dairine's kind and wonderful father. Dairine, from what Filif could tell, thought Roshaun was a stuck up brat. She wasn't entirely wrong.
Filif could not remember when they stopped hating each other. It was around the time that Roshaun stayed while the rest of them visited Everest. The day, however, that they became friends was the day they discovered the sun needed fixing. They had started off in a huge fight, and Filif had stopped them. After that, they had just sort of clicked.
The day Filif saw Roshaun walk into the sun was the first day Roshaun did something deliberately helpful, for Dairine. This too, was a milestone.
The first time they worked as their own team was when Filif an the others went with Ponch in search of an instrumentality. Dairine and Roshaun had their own plans, and it was clear they did not want interference. They drove each other crazy, but they enjoyed it. Everyone left them alone, for various different reasons. It all depended who you asked.
The first time they were separated was went Roshaun vanished on the moon. Filif himself was not there, but he heard stories and saw the determination in Dairine's eyes.
The first time Filif saw true love was when Dairine protected a hurt Roshaun from hordes of mercenaries.
With that, Filif finished his submission for the accounts of Roshaun and Dairine over the years. He sealed it, and sent it to Nita, who was organizing the marriage. (Or unionbond, it depended who you asked.)
