Tonight was the party, Fionna thought. She hoped that Gumball will finally accept her request to to go it with her. She did not expect anything to happen. She woke up, got her party dress on, and left. When she got to the Candy Kingdom, the guards rode around on their horses yelling. Fionna! cried the Peppermint maid. Fionna had no idea what happened. The prince had been kidnapped! the maid said. Fionna knew who to expect, the Ice Queen. Fionna quickly changed into her adventure clothes and started to head off to Ice Queen's place. When she got there, the queen was in a conversation with the wild berry prince, who was frozen under his head. Fionna broke the prince out and confronted the queen. Where is Gumball! she said. The queen had no idea what happened, she confessed that it was not her. The Ice Queen said that she would help find the prince, but requested something after. Fionna traveled the mountains, the forests, and the valleys. She had interrogated everyone who would seem to have done it, but it was not them. She realized that she would probably never find him. She sat down by the bush and sulked. Suddenly, the bush fell over and revealed a hole. It was a fake! she thought. She jumped into the hole. She noticed a familiar face. It was Gumball. He had his hands bound tightly with rope and had a tight gag. He was all naked except his underwear. He was asleep. She saw two women plotting. They were plotting to hold the prince for ransom for money. Fionna accidentally banged into the wall and made a large sound. The women went to investigate. Fionna took out her sword and attacked the goons, who were easily defeated just as the Ice Queen came in. The tables were turned as the Ice Queen was revealed to be behind the kidnapping. She froze Fionna and took her soon-to-be husband away. I have failed. Fionna thought.
