Natsu was woken up from his favourite dream (Beating up Gray) by an angry Lucy who was hitting him over the head with a pillow shouting "NATSU ITS SCHOOL TIME!" Natsu gave her his signature lopsided grin and Lucy's heart instantly did a front flip in her stomach. Lucy thought to herself "Why does he have to be so cute in the morning its annoying" She put on her angry face and shouted "COME ON WE NEED TO GO TO SCHOOL!" Natsu imagined Erza's face if he was late. "Crap Crap Crap!" He found his clothes and put them on at top speed and raced out the door
When Natsu got to school he ran through the front doors, doged students and smashed through his classroom doors and landed on his face. He looked up at a annoyed Erza who pointed at her watch and said " 47 seconds late natsu Tut Tut" Natsu instantly changed his tactics and resorted the begging. "PLEASE PLEASE ERZA" he exclaimed Natsu come to this classroom at lunchtime, we will discuss you punishment. He looked up and saw Lucy who had sneaked into the classroom while Erza was chewing out Natsu. BRINGGG, ah saved by the bell Natsu exclaimed gratefully. As he charged out the classroom to their lesson Erza shouted "Here lunchtime or else!" "Yeah Yeah" Natsu Muttered as he looked at his timetable and saw that he had Maths first. Noooo he shouted as he dropped to his knees. As he went into the classroom he sat next to Lucy and Gray. "You got chewed out by Erza" Gray Snickered gleefully, "Shut up ice for brains" Natsu retorted. "Guys now is not the time" Lucy tutted " You both wanna get ice cream after school?" "Yeah sure they both said.
It came to lunch break. Everyone was happy, except for Natsu. He walked as slowly as possible back to his form room to see Erza looking very stern. "Crap" Natsu though. Erza pointed to a chair and Natsu sat down. So Natsu about your lateness earlier i have decided your punishment will be the normal. "Nooo" Natsu begged " I am going to ice cream with Lucy" " With Lucy?" Erza smirked "Its not what you think" Natsu mumbled into his scarf. "Well here is a deal for you to think about" Erza said "You tell me about what happened with Lucy and what you think about her after that" "Is that really a teacher thing to do?" Natsu asked "Well its that or after school" Erza grinned "Fine!" Natsu stood up and walked out the classroom
Finally after their last two periods had finished Natsu went to go meet Lucy by the lockers. "Hey Lucy" Natsu smiled " Hey Natsu" Lucy grinned back. "Wheres Gray" Oh he had something to do with Juvia" She smirked "So it will just be us" "Okay cool" Natsu said And they went off to the ice cream van stationed in the nearby park. Once they finally got there Natsu asked Lucy what she wanted. "Nah don't worry Natsu i will buy my own" "Nah i got this as Natsu handed the money over to the guy working in the van. "Thanks Natsu" Lucy hugged him "Natsu blushed so much he might burn" "Well lets go sit down Lucy suggested. "Yeah sure" Natsu replied just managing to choke out the words. Luckily Lucy didn't realise. They sat down on park bench and started talking. So what was your punishment Natsu? "Oh she let me off" Natsu managed to say still being a little stunned by Lucy hugging him "Wow what did you do bribe her with cake?" "Nah i don't know what actually happened" Natsu said "But i gotta see her again tommorow" "Okay" Lucy said
"Well we better be going now" Lucy said "Okay" Natsu said as they both got up from their seats.
