Taking on a career as a Wedding Planner isn't something Jade West ever set out to do. No, when the troubled girl was just a small child she envisioned herself on stage, in front of cameras, in the spotlight, the center of attention. She never wanted to become anything less of a superstar, well that was her plan anyway, but as most, her plan fell through. It's not that she didn't hold the talents of being a superstar. She graduated from one of the top ranked performing arts high schools in all of California. She was well on the fast track of becoming a victim to the famous world; that was until the love of her life was killed in a fatal car accident just soon after graduation.

Jade soon fell ill in a stage of depression that not even the offers for roles in movies or chances to record her own music in a real studio could bring her out of the phase.

It wasn't until a couple of years later that Jade stumbled upon a wedding dress tucked away into her mother's closet that she pulled from the hanger and examined with admiration. Jade always wanted to get married. It was something she spoke fondly about with her ex-lover. Jade found it hard to ever go back to the career she once dreamed of without her girlfriend by her side, as she also had shared the same interest and dreams as Jade's. They spent all their high school years as a couple. Their biggest dream was to star in the same movies and featuring on each other's albums. Once Jade was back on her feet, she just could not find it in her heart to ever do any of those things without her, so reluctantly, she turned ever offer down.

Soon she found herself wanting to learn more about weddings. Where they actually started, how they are planned. She wanted to know who helps with the dresses, the budgeting, all the behind the scenes work. It didn't take her long to find her place as wedding dress designer, that soon moved her over to wedding plan assisting, that moved her up to one of the top wedding planners in all of L.A. and Jade can't ever say she wanted anything else in life…well maybe because with this job, she's her own boss and being her own boss means she can take advantage; take advantage in any way that she pleases, even if it's just a little too much.

RING RING

"Speak." I say as I hold down the speaker key to my office phone before half of my attention goes back to reading over a thank you letter from a bride that just got married off not even two weeks ago. I smirk at the contents of the letter before my assistant's voice grabs my full attention.

"Hello Ms. West, I have a Ms. Valentine here to see you? She says she knows she's a bit early, but she would like to discuss a surprise she would like happen for her husband at the wedding. May I send her in?"

"Stand by." I say before pressing the hold button and turning in my chair to my file drawer of appointments for today. I pull it open as I take my glasses from the top of my head and slide them over my eyes. "….Valentine….Valentine….Ahh here you are." I say pulling out the folder as I see the names Robert Shapiro & Caterina Valentine more fully. I open her folder to see the time of her appointment which I don't remember having what-so-ever, but here it is, clear as day set for 1:00pm. I turn to look at the clock which reads 12:27pm before closing the folder and rolling back to the phone.

"Hey Steph?" I say taking her off hold.

"Yes Ms. West?"

"Go ahead and send her in."

"She's on her way."

"Thank you much." I say ending the call and reading over her file. Apparently the couple wants a simple white wedding, but wants the bride in a hot pink dress? What?

I roll my eyes at the use of the stupid color before hearing a light knock on my door. "Come on in!" I yell as I sit back more into my seat.

The door opens slowly as a small woman sticks her head inside. I can't say that I've ever seen anyone with hair dyed such a loud shade of red before and in the same way it makes me want to shield my eyes, it's quite interesting to see.

"Please come in, have a seat." I say gesturing to the two empty chairs in front of me.

She smiles as she walks in and softly closes the door behind her before walking over happily and taking a seat. "So sorry that I'm early, but I really want to add a surprise at the wedding that I didn't want Robbie to know about!" She says with a huge smile on her face as she bounces in her seat with excitement. If I didn't know any better, I would mistake this woman as a 5 year old child at the front row seat of a candy world roller coaster.

I sit back as I cross one leg over the other as I lift a brow. "And what may that surprise be?"

"I want to bring in a horse! You know like a real live one that we can both get on and ride to the reception on! I know it's right down the street but Robbie loves horses! He'll be so surprised and happy!"

I couldn't help the small chuckle that leaves my lips as I uncross my legs and sit forward again. "Ms. Valentine you do understand adding a live animal to the mix of your wedding will cost you?"

She nods. "Of course I do silly! And call me Cat! Ms. Valentine makes me sound like an old lady!"

I side smile as I remove my glasses from my eyes and set them aside as my arms cross over one another on my desk. "Is that so? You look gorgeous and young to me."

She turns away from me as a small blush takes over her cheeks before she speaks again. "So…can we get a horse? Please? I know it will cost a lot extra. That's what I came to talk to you about. How much would it be and are you the person that I even talk to about it?" She says turning back to me with big sweet coffee colored eyes.

I sit back once more as I grab a pen and start to tap it against my desk. "I don't know Cat. How much are you willing to pay?"

She looks off into space for a moment as I wait silently for an answer that I soon believe will not come as I can tell her mind is lost in the distance.

"Cat." I say lifting a brow.

"Whatie?" She says turning back to me with a look full of confusion.

Oh she better be glad she's sexy.

"How about this…how badly do you want the horse?"

Her eyes get big as she uses her hands to cut the air. "So badly!"

"Well that's going to be a little expensive Cat. We can half lease a horse, that I'm sure you want to be white. That'll probably be about…I don't know $400 alone. Then we have to pay someone to ship the horse here and back home, maybe another $200. We also have to make sure the horse is fed and that it's being cleaned up after while in our care…I say another $150. Then you have to pay me to get it all done for you, and for this I'll charge $200…So in all you're looking at probably $950 without any taxes."

"Oh poo!" She says pouting with the biggest frown on her face as I just smile.

"But…"

"But?" Her ears perk up at this as she looks at me with hopeful eyes.

I softly push myself from my desk before standing to my feet and walking around to her. "But we can do a little negotiating." I say as I walk behind her and shift her long red velvet hair to the side.

"Ummm….what's negotiating?" She says in a small voice as I fill the empty chair beside her and use my middle finger to brush excess strands of hair behind her ear.

"It means that you and I…" I say reaching down and sliding my fingers from her hand up her arm and to her shoulder. "…can settle on a price that everyone will be satisfied with."

"….all I have is $300…ummm Ms. West? I-"

"Shhh." I say putting my finger over her lips. "Call me Jade."

"Uh...um okay…Ja-"

"-So tell me." I say cutting her off. "What's one thing that really turns you on?" I let my fingers fall from her lips and slide slowly down her neck. I can feel her pulse point beneath my finger beating at speeds I'm sure is too much for her little body to handle.

"…I uh….I think-"

"No." I cut her short as my fingers come in contact with her lips once again. "You think too much." I say before leaning over and kissing the crease of her neck; Cat shutters against me. "I think you and I can come up with something…don't you think?"

She opens her mouth letting out nothing but a breath of air before swallowing hard. "I…I really don't know what you mean…"

She says before my hand swiftly, but quickly slides into the waist line of her shorts to cup her center in my hand that's damp to the touch. "But I think you do." I whisper before my phone rings. Slipping my hand from her pants, I stand and walk back around my desk and hit speaker.

"Speak."

"Hi Ms. West, Mr. Shapiro, Ms. Valentine's fiancé, is here to see you."

I take a seat. "Perfect." I say as I smile at Cat. "Send him in."

"Alright, the drapes can hang from here and have 100 chairs on each side but behind a line that I'm going to put here." I indicate with my foot. "The camera crew will also be on either side so let's make sure to leave them room. The aisle will be a bit narrow, but it'll be fine. Make sure to use the white aisle runner with pink lining that's set up in the back. There are two, please grab the right one. The other will be used elsewhere. "I say as I check things off of my planner before I turn and sigh at the crooked door of the church.

"I asked for that to be fixed two days ago! Why is it still hanging!?" I turn to my assistant who shrinks and pulls out her cell phone. "It will be fixed within the next hour, I promise." She says quickly before walking off.

"Ms. West."

I turn to the unfamiliar voice to see my current clients walking toward me hand in hand into the church. I side smile as I flip my hair from my face. "Well well, didn't expect to see you all here so bright and early. We are just outlining where everything will be set up. Do you have any more inputs or changes before everything's set in stone?" I lift a brow at them both as Robert asks me to point out exactly where everything will be set up for the second time since we met at the church two days before.

As I speak, I can tell my little red head friend keeps her attention on everything else but me as I chuckle within myself before giving my full attention back to her half ass of a husband. Okay…that's probably rude of me to think of her husband that way, but I honestly don't care. This man doesn't even look like he can lift 50 pounds. He's scrawny and nerdy and it doesn't seem to me he can support this beautiful challenged woman in any type of way. What made her fall for this loser will probably forever be a mystery.

"…and it all looks good." He finishes off after looking over a blue print that I've drawn out of what the church will look like on the day of their wedding.

"I know it does." I say turning to Cat.

"Caterina." I say making her jump slightly and look to me with wide eyes. "May I speak with you in the back? I will show you where you will be getting ready before the wedding and I have just few more things to go over with you. Robert, you stay here and speak with my assistant on how you want things to run at the reception. She should be right back out to speak with you very shortly." I say before paging her to let her know Robert is here and waiting in the chapel. "Caterina, please follow me." I hold my planner and pager into the crease of my left arm and using my free hand to give her the come hither motion with my pointer finger.

I don't have to look back to know that she's following. There's no way that she can resist it, especially after our first meeting together.

We soon walk into a smaller room with nothing but a few chairs, a mini couch, a full size mirror and a clothes rack. "This will be were you get ready for the wedding with whomever you like to have in here along with you." I say turning to her as I see her looking around the room as if it's the most interesting thing she's ever seen.

"Cat." I say putting my things down in a nearby chair and crossing my arms. She turns to me with her head down looking to me with the top of her eyes.

"Have we come to a decision on your finances with having a white horse?"

She pushes her lips together tight as she turns from me. "I can't afford it. It's okay really."

I keep my arms crossed as I let my head fall to the side. "Do you remember that you may negotiate the price?"

"I…I told you that I don't know what that means." She says hugging herself and turning to me. I take a few steps forward causing her to take a few steps back into the wall behind her as she keeps her arms securely around herself and her eyes locked on mine.

"I probably can show you what it means way better than I can tell you." I take the few steps toward her where for any two strangers would be too close for comfort. My hands grab firmly onto her waist before pulling her roughly against me making her release a sound as if she were just punched in the stomach.

"What do you say?" I lift a brow at her and she just lets out a breath of air. "Okay let's say this." I whisper as I lean in close to her lips. "If you don't say no, then we have an agreement on negotiating." She swallows hard as I look into her eyes. "Push me away Cat." I say letting my arms snake around her waist closing any gap that was left between us except that of our lips.

Her breathing becomes heavy against me as I wait for her to make the decision. Even though it may seem as I forced her into this, I never force my clients into anything. She has the choice to push me away. She has the chose to scream, to call out for her so to be husband, but they never do, and she won't either. Just as I suspect, the gap was closed between us within seconds and it was not I that had closed it.

Her lips are soft and shaky against mine as her hands come up to grab onto either side of my face, but before anything could be processed further a loud knock at the door causes her to then push me away and look at me with the realization of what she had done. Not what I had done, what she had done.

The door then opens slightly as the head of her fiancé pops in. "Hey Cat, sorry to interrupt you guys, I know you're discussing feminine things about the wedding, but we really need to be going."

"She'll be right out. Now close the door!" I yell causing him to jump in fear and exit the room.

I walk over and lean down to give Cat a kiss on her cheek before turning to walk away but warm fingers that latches onto my own stops me dead in my tracks. I turn to look at her hand holding mine before I look into her eyes with a lifted brow. "Is there something you want Cat?"

Her brows are furrowed and her mouth open before she lets go letting my arm fall back to my side. "I have to go." She says walking pass me and to the door.

"Caterina."

She stops to turn to me.

"My door is always open for negotiation." I wink and turn to pick up my things but before I had the chance to see her reaction she was gone.

There's nothing I love more than wedding day. It's not just the fact that I get paid to watch two idiots give themselves up for each other for life, it's always the fact that'll I'll always be a part of the bride's secret on this anniversary day for all the years to come. This isn't the first time I wanted to "negotiate prices" with my bride, but it's not like I do with all of them. Some of them are just…lucky in a way; to have me to negotiate with. I haven't had a complainer, well yet.

"How does it look?" Stephanie asks as she walks up beside me after I walk into the church and look around.

I pull out my planner as I go around making sure everything is perfect while people are working to put finishing touches on everything. "Looks amazing."

"The bride just arrived. She's in her dressing room with her mother and brother." Stephanie says before her pager starts to go off.

"Go ahead and take that. I'll check on the bride. Can you please see how everything is going in the reception room?"

"I'm on it." With that she was off.

I walk around to the back of the church and down the small hall that leads to the brides room as I fix my hair and my clothes.

"Knock, knock." I say as I slightly push open the door to see Cat putting a bag down as the older woman I'm assuming is her mother hangs a huge fluffed out hot pink wedding dress on the rack.

"Jade!" Cat says excitedly as she runs to me and wraps her arms around me tight. "I'm so excited! Thank you for everything, the church looks so amazing! I was going to tell you earlier, but you were talking to someone."

I return the hug briefly before pulling away. "Thank you Caterina, it's my job to make sure you're this wedding is set to your standards. I'm glad you like it."

"I really do and oh! This is my mother and my brother." She points to the two extra bodies in the room.

I nod to them before my attention turns back to Cat. "Caterina, may we speak in private?"

Her excitement falters before she turns to her family who finally gets the idea and excuses themselves from the room as I close and lock the door behind them.

Walking over to the small couch, I take a seat before putting my planner on the arm. "Are you ready for today?" I ask crossing one leg over the other and lifting a brow.

She gives a small sigh as she walks over to the couch and takes a seat beside me then shifting so that she is facing me a bit. "Yeah." She says as she fidgets with the edge of her skirt.

I cross my arms. "You're fidgeting. Is something wrong?"

She is silent as she keeps her eyes on where she is now picking at the thread of her clothing.

"You know that I got the horse for you."

And then her eyes shoot up to me and her head tilts to the side in confusion. "But I don't have the money Jade. I can't afford it."

"I know." I nod reaching over to place my hand over both of hers that's still holding on tight to the edge of her skirt. "You pay me the $300, and the rest is already taken care of." I state truthfully. She's lucky my father has connections and found a guy that would let my client borrow the horse and ship it all for just $150 which leaves me with a little pocket money. Hey I have to make business somehow.

She looks down at my hand before her eyes lock back on mine. "You didn't have to do that. Thank you so, so much." She then jumps onto me as her arms wrap tightly around my neck. "Robbie is going to be so happy when he sees it!"

I just smirk into her hair as my arms wrap around her waist pulling her closer before she unwraps herself from me and looks from my eyes to my lips then back to my eyes. I watch as her mouth opens to speak, but soon closes with a small sigh.

"Cat." I lift a brow at her. "Is there something that you would like to say?"

I feel her body give a small shiver against me as she swallows hard and looks down. She's truly nervous and I know why. I know what she wants, and I know that she knows that I know what she wants, but I also know that she wants me to make the first move, but I'm not. I never do and I'm not going to start now no matter how beautiful this petite red head woman is in front of me. This is her wedding day, she's making all the decisions today.

I study her hard in silence as I watch her eyes lift up and focus on my lips that I lick slowly for her entertainment as she bites her bottom one before she starts to lean in as slowly as she could possibly go.

Her eyes flicker from my eyes to my lips back to my eyes as she stops and hesitates just millimeters away from closing the gap between us.

"It's okay, if you want." I whisper to her.

She stares into my eyes a few seconds longer before they close and I feel her full lips press against mine softly.

My arms around her waist tighten as our lips move against one another in soft slow kisses before she pulls away and slips out of my arms back to her sitting position beside me.

Dammit

"I…I just wanted to make sure that…that I left a better impression from the…the first…um...the first kiss because it was…you know…really bad. So…now you know that I'm not a bad kisser or anything." She stumbles out the words as she scratches the back of her head.

I just stare at her for a moment before shaking my head. "I would have never left that as the impression I have of you." I say before standing to my feet. "Well I will go find your mother and brother so you can start getting ready okay?"

I then turn to grab my planner then turn to head from the room before a small hand grabbing my elbow stops me. "What is it that you want Cat?" I say in a little more aggravated tone as I turn back to her. It never takes my brides this long to figure out if they want to negotiate, either they do or they don't, it's simple. Cat is the first woman to make it so hard.

"I…" She bites her lip hard before wrapping her arms around my neck and smashing her lips to mine. My planner hits the floor before I grab onto Cats small body and lift her onto me; her responding by wrapping her legs around my waist as our kisses become forced entrances into each other mouths.

Her tongue is hot and strong against mine with a taste of strawberry lingering between our lips. I walk us over to the couch as I sit back down in my same spot, this time with Cat straddling me.

My hands immediately start to lift her shirt, that she pulls away and lift her arms for me to do before her lips come crashing against mine again. What an eager little kitten.

I toss her shirt to the side before letting my hands roam the bare skin of her back. Finding her bra, I quickly pluck it and pull the unwanted garment loose between us before abandoning her mouth letting my kisses then fall on her petite breast. I waste no time finding her hard nub and sucking on it lightly causing her to wrap both her arms around the back of my head and let out small whimpers.

Since Cat has decided to waste so much time, it doesn't leave me with much time to tease her like I like. She has a wedding to get ready for and I'm not going to be the reason she's not walking down the aisle in 3 hours.

Speeding things along, I let my hands slide down her sides then down her thighs before sliding back up under her skirt and to my surprise, I find it bare.

"Cat…Cat where is your underwear?" I ask pulling away from her nipple and her grip and looking into her eyes.

Her pupils are dilated as her breathing kicks up. "I…I didn't wear any. Robbie told me that I shouldn't wear any under my wedding dress."

I side smile. "Of course you shouldn't." I whisper letting the thumb of my right hand slide up her slit.

"Ohhh." She moans in surprise as her eyes close tight. I let my thumb rub over her outside skin teasing just a bit making her moan and grind against me before finding her lower swollen nub and petting it gently.

She gasps out as her hands grip my shoulders tight and her head falls back. "…J..Jadeee."

"You like that don't you?" I ask in a smug voice and a side smile as I watch her grind and heave against my thumb.

"Mmhmm."

"Does it feel good Cat?" She nods again before I bring my left hand into play. I bring my fingers to my mouth before going back under her skirt and directly to her center. "Are you a virgin Cat?" I ask as I still pet her nub softly.

She doesn't answer me as she starts to grind faster against my thumb.

"Caterina." I say a bit louder causing her to lift her head and look down at me with furrowed brows. "Are you a virgin?" I ask a second time. I always ask this question. I don't want to be the one taking the bride's virginity. I'm just here for fun.

She shakes her head no giving me the conformation I need to slip my fingers into her. They side in with ease as Cat about loses control.

"Oh my god!" She screams out as her head falls into my shoulder. I start to thrust my fingers into her fast as my thumb keeps at work on her swelling nub.

Her breathing is hot and hard into my ear as she starts to grind onto my fingers; her grip on my shoulders becoming quite painful.

"Please come for me Cat." Whisper into her ear which makes her grind onto me hard causing the couch to rock and her moans turn up a notch.

I start to feel her tighten against my fingers as her painful grips turn into her wrapping her arms tightly around my neck.

"That's it Caterina." I whisper as she all of a sudden becomes dead silent and her body stiffens against me; the muscles within her are so tight around my fingers that I couldn't pull them out if I wanted to.

And then, as if someone turned back on her "on" switch, she screams as I rush to cover her mouth, and all her muscles loosen before pulsing around my fingers.

Her breathing is heavy as she rest against me; her arms around my neck falling between us.

I keep my fingers in place until the pulses come to an end, then slowly slide them from her causing her to moan and jerk at the motion.

We lay this way for a few minutes as she catches her breath and once she finally recuperates, her lips find mine again in soft, gentle, sweet kisses. I feel her hands move to the edges of my shirt and try to lift it before I pull away.

"I'm not letting you do that." I say kissing her cheek.

"But….but Jade I-"

"- have a wedding to get ready for." I interrupt her and as soon as the words leave my mouth her eyes become wide as she slips herself off of me.

"Oh my god!" She says running her hand through her hair; beads of sweat causing her smaller hair to stick to her forehead.

"There's a shower in the gym just down the hall. Use it and then get ready for your wedding. I will send your family back once you have gone to shower."

She shakes her head with tears in her eyes. "Jade I…I che-"

"-Did nothing wrong." I correct her as I give her a hug. "You paid for a beautiful horse for Robbie. He's going to be so happy you've done so. This can be our little secret. You have paid your debt." I say winking at her as I turn to pick up my planner from the floor.

"But Ja-"

"-Go get ready." I say leaving the room.

The wedding had soon started and I find myself sitting to the side as the whole thing goes according to plan and Cat was right. Robert almost pissed his pants in happiness when he saw a white horse pick them up (In a carriage. I did not let Cat get on the horse's back.) for a ride to the reception which also went very well.

"Thank you so much for everything. It's been the best wedding. Even better than cheese." Robert says as his newly wife holds onto his arm.

I lift a brow at him. "I'm glad you all had a great wedding." I say before turning to Cat. "I'm sure you'll remember it as a very successful one." I smile giving Cat a wink in which she blushes and tells Robert that it's almost time to go. I watch as they make their way outside as bubbles are blown and cheers are given before climbing to their car to head off toward their honeymoon.

"Wait. Jade!"

I lift a brow before walking up to their car where Cat is hanging from her open window and as soon as I get close enough she wraps me into a tight loving hug before whispering into my ear. "Today was the best day of my life. Thank you for everything. Even for negotiating." She then unwraps her arms from around me before sending me a wink as the car is put into drive and disappears down the road.

Two Weeks Later

"…I really just don't have that kind of money." Ms. Tori Vega says as she frowns and sits back into her seat.

"I see….well maybe…"

"Maybe what?" She says perking her ears up as I push myself from my desk and walk around to her.

I run my hand through her long brunette locks before taking a seat beside her. "Maybe we can do some negotiating?" I say lifting a brow.
