Chapter 1- How can reading the stars make any sense? (A P.O.V)
When Annabeth logged on to her laptop she squealed (in a very 'unlike her' way). There was an update from I'mNotReallyTheHero, a guy she found in a online chat room for readers. They had finished The Fault in Our Stars, a book she still couldn't believe she got him to read, because it was undeniably a "chick" book.
I'mNotReallyTheHero- My best friend A talks about how unfortunately I am the only guy she knows that is 'secure' enough to read this book and be a Mama's boy…. Hopefully she won't figure out I actually listened to her…. about reading the book anyway. ;)
It reminded her of how hard it was to make Percy even consider reading this book. Apparently it was one of the only things she could not persuade him to do.
SmartYetHopelesslyRomantic replied- I said the same thing to my best friend P. What do you think about the 'girly' romance….

I wish I could be that lucky…. I think I'm falling for my best friend A (as explained by my sacrifice of masculinity). They make love seem so perfect, like they were destined for each other. Like you can just tell the person you are absolutely in love with that you are in fact, in love with them. Like one day you can just like up into the stars and figure out what the Fates have predicted for you.
It was like he read her mind. Everytime she read this book (15 times so far), her heart expanded and shattered, growing and dying. She felt like Percy was exactly her match, yet he would never realize it which somehow made her love him more.
SmartYetHopelesslyRomantic- Are you psychic and/or a stalker?
I'mNotReallyTheHero- Nope, just a 'philosophical and sappy idiot' ... GTG
I'mNotReallyTheHero signed off
As her phone rang with Seaweed Brain calling, she couldn't help but feel she heard that description before….
