(A/N: This was an assignment given to me and my best friend Tara in freshman year in our english class. We had to put part of Romeo and Juliet into our own words ( We actually had to look up a lot of the phrases Mr. Shakespear used :P). We chose Act 3 Scene 5, which is when Juliet is already married to Romeo and learns that her father (Capulet) has arranged for her to marry Paris. She tries to get out of it without revealing the fact that she is already married. Anyway enough babbling, I hope you enjoy it!)

Juliet: I know your intentions are good, but I don't want to marry Paris
Capulet: You are a spoiled brat! You better be ready to be married. You make me sick! If you're not ready by Thursday, I'll drag you there myself!
Lady Capulet: Why are you mad?
Juliet: Father, I am begging you! Please! Here me out!
Capulet: You disobedient witch! You be there on Thursday or never look at me or speak to me again! God! I just want to smack your ugly face! You were a mistake!
Nurse: You are the one to blame! You're the one who made her this way you jerk!
Capulet: Shut up you old stupid hag!
Nurse: Shut up! I never said anything bad about you! So you better learn to respect your elders!
Capulet: Oh God!
Nurse: What? Am I not allowed to speak my mind!?!
Capulet: Shut up! You mumbling idiot! We don't need any comments from the peanut gallery!
Lady Capulet: You're over reacting!
Capulet: Over reacting?!? OVERREACTING!?! Day and Night I search for a worthy husband for her! Now that I have found one, she weeps and cries like there is no tomorrow! I own you! And I'm going to give you away to Paris and if you do not like it you can gout out of my house and live on the street like a Bum! Exit Capulet
Juliet: Doesn't anybody feel sorry for me!?! Ooh Mooommmmyy! Don't make me go away like a bum! Please make the wedding go away. Make it go away for at least a month or a week, and if you don't, I'll cry…. And then, I'll drown in my own river of tears.
Lady Capulet: Talk to the hand cause the face don't want to hear it. Do what you want, because I'm done with you. Exit Lady Capulet
Juliet: Oh Nurse! I'm going to be married to two men! How can I prevent this from making me look like a tramp in the eyes of God? Please! Help me!
Nurse: Romeo is banished so he can't do anything about you marrying Paris. And besides, Romeo is..eeeehhh. And Paris is BAM!!! I think you will be happy with your second marriage. Anyway your fist one was crap, and since you live here, you have no use for Romeo!
Juliet: Do you really mean this?
Nurse: Heck yes!
Juliet: I guess you're right.
Nurse: Huh?
Juliet: Well, you have helped me a lot. Go and tell my mom I went to confession because I made dad mad.
Nurse: Good choice. Exit Nurse
Juliet: Stupid evil old lady! How dare she criticize Romeo after she encouraged me to marry him! God! I'm never talking to her again! Stupid Old Lady!!!
