A/N: so this story was inspired by a picture I found. It is very short, and the pairing is Sirius and Remus in the Marauders' Era.
I do not own Harry Potter or technically the idea for this story. so just enjoy. I will have a link to the picture at the bottom.
Remus Lupin walked into his Transfiguration class and sat at his desk. He placed his quill and a clean piece of parchment in the center of his desk. He folded his hands on the desk and waited for class to begin.
A tall, dark haired boy dropped into the chair beside Remus. Remus turned and was greeted by a wide grin of his friend, Sirius Black. Remus reddened slightly as he smiled back sheepishly.
A tabby cat with spectacle like markings around its eyes entered the classroom. The class quieted down as the cat jumped on the desk and stared down at them with a strong sense of authority. The cat turned to face the chalkboard and after a moment, words appeared on the board. It told the class of their assignment: to write a foot and a half long essay on Animagi.
The class room was filled with the rustling of parchment and scratching of quills. Sirius groaned and laid his head on his arms. Although he knew a lot about Animagi, being an unregistered one himself, Sirius was just too tired and lazy to write the essay. Moony will let me copy his, he thought contently.
Said boy was already halfway through his essay, when he raised his hand. Remus looked up as he waited. He felt a pair of eyes watching him. Looking down, his eyes locked with Sirius'. Sirius smirked lightly up at him, keeping his head on his desk.
Remus lowered his hand and ran it through his blond hair. Sirius smiled and closed his eyes contently as Remus blushed.
"Yes, Mr. Lupin?" McGonagall asked from the front, having transformed backing into her human form. Sirius raised his head. Remus looked taken aback and slightly embarrassed.
"Er… sorry, Professor McGonagall. I forgot what I wanted to say." He confessed blushing again, and looking down at his hands.
The class burst into giggles and laughter. Sirius glared at them and glanced towards Remus with a soft smile. Under the desk, he took Remus' hand and intertwined their fingers.

yea just get rid of the spaces. It is adorable and if you ship them as hard as I do, you will squeal.
