Wonder how much I will regret this.

Soft footfalls hit wooden floors, as loud noises echoed from the flickering screen. Explosions, a large man talking in a guttural growl, and gun fire filled the house.

He arrived with a large bowl of popcorn, smiling at the two of them on the couch. One of them had light brown hair, their pale form flickering slightly in the bright light of the screen. They looked at Asriel with brown eyes gazing back.

The other person had dark brown hair, a fairly sun kissed complexion upon them. They gave a warm smile to him, earning a smile in return. He sat down between the two of them, earning a slight ruffle from the darker haired one, their hands playing with his long, floppy ears a bit. He gave a slight laugh, the other person doing nothing but grab a handful of popcorn.

For a while they just watched the movie in silence, it occasionally broken up by the crackle of popcorn and at one point, a slight clatter as a kernel fell into the bowl.

Frisk after a while moved closer to Asriel, their head resting upon Asriel's left shoulder. He said nothing, only giving their hair a gentle brush with his paws. For a while, Chara simply watched the two of them. For a while, they seemed to inch closer, before they backed away just a quickly. Instead, they settled farther away from the two of them, their eyes focused on the TV rather than the two of them. However, this was quickly over come by the both of them pulling Chara close. Chara was reluctant for a short while, before they found their heads rested on Asriel's shoulder, a hand idly feeding them popcorn from the bowl. Frisk and Asriel gently brushed their hair, both of them smiling as they focused back on the TV.

The silence was quite comfortable that night.

I despise these gender neutral pronouns, but more practice is needed.

And no, I don't regret this.
