I don't think Matt likes being his bitch. He acts like he doesn't care because what else could he do, right? There aren't many ways of being close to Mello, you are either his enemy or his bitch. Then again, if you decide to be his enemy, forget about ever being anything else.
Mello gets obsessed with the things he loves, but it's even worse with the things he hates. That's the reason why Matt needs to fight him sometimes. There's not a better method to get Mello's attention than making him mad.

It's not that Matt never thought about dominating, he just never had the chance, and of course, Mello won't give him one. But lying in bed at night gives him some nice ideas.

Doesn't matter how you look at it, Mello likes chocolate more than anyone. That doesn't mean he's the only one, Matt also likes chocolate. Specially when it's being dropped on his bare chest, going down by his navel and ending on his dick, just to be sucked off.
