Hetalia does not belong to ME! *cries*

Yao, also known as China, sighed and adjusted his ponytail, which had started to fall out of place. Massaging his temple, he slowly took out the new stack of paperwork

from the suitcase his boss gave him yesterday.

The heat of the afternoon sun weighted on the back of Yao's neck like a brick, but it was much better than the freezing rain and harsh wind in London, where the world meeting was held two days ago.

"Why do I even bother to go, little Panda? All everyone did was argue and fight, " he said in Chinese.

"Mwah," the panda cub shrugged. I don't know.

"Me too." Yao replied before pointing to his paperwork. "I have to finish these by Friday, or the boss will skin me."

"Mwah." How many pages, Master Yao?

Yao paused and counted with his fingers. "Forty pages in total," he said, tapping the marble table with his new Hello Kitty pen.

"Mwah."

"Yes, I do feel sorry for myself sometimes, Panda."

They spent the next two hours in peaceful silence.

"Mwah. Mwah." Master, it's time for a rest. You can do the rest tomorrow.

Yao rubbed his neck. "Aiya, but I want to do it all today. Then, I can relax," he said in weary response, fanning himself with a piece of rough paper.

Panda didn't respond. It knew very well that once Master Yao's mind had been made up, no amount of shouting, or bullying would change it, only he himself can. So it just continued eating bamboos.

After 15 more minutes, Yao gave up, throwing his hands up in the air. "This is utterly pointless! I can't concentrate!"

"Mwah."

"Aiya, don't sound so smug, little Panda," Yao laughed, picking the panda cub up. "You remind me of Kiku when he was younger. He was so cocky. In a good way, of course."

Panda watched as the bright smile faded slowly form the ancient nation's face.

"Mwah."

Sighing dispiritedly, Yao began to pack up the paperwork. "I know, I know." He closed his eyes briefly. "Well, you can't change the past, can you, little one? Anyway, Ivan is coming over for dinner today."

"Mwah? Mwah!" Again? He came everyday last week!

"I like having guests."

"Mwah." Invite some other nations, then.

"Ivan invited himself. I can't stop him."

"Mwah."

"He scares everyone, little Panda," Yao grinned.

"Mwah," the panda said playfully.

"No! I don't fancy him. Not in a million years."

"Mwah." Of course, you don't.

China doesn't say' Aru' because he is speaking in chinese.
