Snuffy was in awe as Jay Jay told him all about Skylandia.
"I want to go there!" He chirped excitedly. "Can we go, Jay Jay, please?"
"Yes," Jay Jay replied. I"'ll tell Brenda and we'll go tomorrow."
So the two set out early the next morning, with Brenda Blue's permission to go to Skylandia for an introductory visit.
"I'm so excited Jay Jay!"
"Me too- none of my Skylandian friends believed me at first about Tarrytown being real, but maybe now they will."
...
They soon arrived where Big Jocko was keeping guard at the gate.
"Hello Jay Jay!" He said surprised "I did not expect to see you back so soon!"
"Hello Big Jocko!" Jay Jay grinned. "I came back here to show my friend Snuffy the castle and Skylandia itself. Snuffy, this is Big Jocko. He guards the castle here."
"Hello Snuffy- I am very pleased to meet you." Big Jocko said politely,
"I'm pleased to meet you too." Snuffy added, feeling very shy.
"Come, I will take you both to see the Prince."
...
Soon, Big Jocko led them through to the throne room
"Here you are." He said.
"Thanks Big Jocko!" Jay Jay replied. "Hello your Highness!" He called.
Prince Duffy was sitting on his throne, with Count Winger Perky and Lady Stacey in the same room.
"Where's Duchess Susanna?"
"She'll be outside. What can I do for you, Jay Jay?"
"Well, I brought my friend Snuffy here from Tarrytown. I wanted to-"
"You mean down there?" The prince asked. He was still too embarrassed to admit he was a dreamer and so he said.
"Well there's nothing down there Jay Jay, so that's impossible."
The blue jet felt his heart sink.
"Please take Snuffy to the Cloud Chamber." He ordered Count Winger.
"Jay Jay help!" Snuffy cried as Count Winger led him away.
"Your Highness, please!" Jay Jay pleaded. "Snuffy really is from Tarrytown! Where do you think Im from?"
Prince Duffy said nothing.
"I still remember what you told me on my last visit here." Jay Jay added.
"I know where are from!" His royal friend hissed. "But I haven't told anyone that I believe!"
"Well, if you don't believe in Tarrytown, or least lead your subjects to think that, then you're not believing in who you really are- a dreamer."
This caught Lady Stacey's attention.
"Is this true?" She asked.
"Of course-"but the prince knew that Jay Jay was right- he was just lying to everyone and denying his imaginative, dreamy side to come out.
"Yes I am." He admitted softly. "I'm sorry for not telling you this. Go and find Count Winger and tell him that I have decided to let Snuffy go- and gather the other planes. I have something to confess."
...
So Prince Duffy told his subjects he was a dreamer and apologized to them for hiding it. They forgave him and Snuffy and Jay Jay shared an airplane hug before deciding they should go home.
"Thanks Jay Jay I feel a lot better now- you are a true friend." The royal skywriter told him.
"You're welcome your Highness. Snuffy and I should go back to Tarrytown now, but we'll be back soon!"
"You're welcome back anytime Jay Jay and Snuffy!" the prince replied.
So once everyone said goodbye, Jay Jay and Snuffy returned to Tarrytown Airport through the wind spout.
