Shisui Uchiha had just had his left eye (Sharingan) stolen from Danzo. The foundation ambushed him but was saved by, Itachi Uchiha who was part of the Uchiha Clan just like Shisui. Itachi and Shisui had been real close friends, almost like brothers in a way.
Shisui gave Itachi his remaining eye (Sharingan) to him, and he wanted to give Itachi a new power to control. The Mangekyo Sharingan.
But to obtain that power Itachi had to kill his closes friend, Shisui, by doing that he pushed Shisui down the river killing him instantly. Itachi obtained The Mangekyo Sharingan.
Meanwhile Shisui floated down the river lifeless. But his body drifted underwater into a darkness pit, that eventually turned pure white.
Sending him to a place with huts and pure white snow. Instead of being a lifeless teenager, he was reborn into an infant wrapped into a white cloth. But a man with a bald head, arrow on his forehead, he was elderly, a white beard, and a monks airbending robe saw the infant, Shisui.
He quickly ran over to the child and picked him up craddling him, the monk scanned the place trying to look for the child's parents. But saw no one insight.
The airbender saw no one so he made his way into a hut, as he layed his eyes on a woman with light tan skin, wrinkled face, marriage necklace on her neck, and a southern watertribe robe. She rocked back and forth knitting a blue scarf, until she looked up and saw her husband.
"Aang. You're back early." The woman said gettign up with a shocked look.
The man named Aang smiled,"I know. You see, I found a child, in the middle of nowhere freezing cold int he snow. So I decided that maybe, we should raise the child since it has no parents." He said cuddling the baby with lots of love.
The woman walked over to Aang and pecked his lips then she pecked the childs forehead.
"We need another child anyway. All my babies are grown and gone! I need another baby to take care of." The woman pouted.
"That's why I took the baby in with us. I had to anyway. I love you, Katara." Aang whispered hugging his wife and holding the baby at the same time.
Katara took the child from Aang and smiled,"I love you too. And I love you." She said to Aang then the infant.
"What should his name be?" Aang questioned.
Katara looked down at the sleeping child then she had a feeling,"How about, Shisui." She said.
"Perfect."
