A Surprise For Sheriff Vaysey
Chapter One: "Prologue."
A/N: This story starts at the beginning of season two. All of season three and some of season two do not apply. This is a Gisborne/OC fic but there are other pairings.
They are as follows:
Guy/OC
Sheriff Vasey/OC (not the same OC as above)
Robin/Marian (I'm not sure if she's going to die in this story or not so be open minded)
Much/Eve (the serving wench from season one in the Bonchurch episode)
Alan/?
Will/?
Djag/?
John/Alice
I'm not sure whether Alan or Will ends up with Djaq yet. Any opinions you have would be helpful. Also, as I mentioned above, I'm not sure what to do about Marian. I might kill her, I might not. It's a whim thing. You have fair warning. And does anyone know what Djaq's real name is? I'm not sure.
If there's any confusion or questions you have please feel free to contact me via the review or private messaging functions.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
~ Jane McBrennen
Robin Hood and his gang of merry men – and a woman – had robbed Davina Vaysey, the Sheriff of Nottingham's sister. Sir Guy of Gisborne and the Sheriff had plotted against the king. Gisborne had sought revenge on Lady Marian Fitzwalter, the woman who left him standing at the altar, by aiding the Sheriff in putting her and her father, Sir Edward, under house arrest in Nottingham Castle while their own home, Knighton Hall, burned to the ground at his hands. Lady Davina and the Sheriff had plotted against Robin Hood to end his life and good deeds forever.
In short, many things had been happening all over Nottinghamshire. And yet nothing could have prepared any of them for the arrival of one very special young lady who would come to mean a great deal to them all.
She wasn't exactly a lady by the standards with which most people measured back then; to them – at least at first glance – she was nothing more than a peasant girl. Though, a lady she was in many a way, in ways that mattered. In ways that would shape not just the people around her, but the whole of England for centuries to come.
Her name was…
Georgina.
A/N: I know it was short but it was just the prologue. Also, this story will be getting updated very sporadically. I'm working on several other projects right now including my very first novel. So please be patient and understanding.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
~ Jane
