Hypersensitivity

"Dammit! Leave me 'lone!" Dean semi-yelled, batting fitfully at Sam's hands as they tugged at his sweat-dampened t-shirt.
Sam pulled his hands away. "Just trying to help, man," he muttered.
The prone hunter moaned piteously. "I-I know, Sammy. D-Didn't mean to lash out at you. It's just that…"
"I know. You're sick and cranky."
Dean closed his eyes and held himself as still as possible. "N-No. Hurts."
Brow crinkling with worry, Sam asked, "What hurts, Dean?"
"Y-You…touching me. Blankets t-touching me. Everything. Hurts."
Understanding dawned. "Damn! I'm sorry. I forgot your skin gets hypersensitive when you have a high fever."
