Thea was standing in front of the window. She had a fever last night, so she can't go to the airport with her parents to fetch her Uncle Tatsuya.
She turned and saw the ceramic tiger; it's eyes shining. The tiger was sent by Uncle Tatsuya. He also sent a letter describing it,
'The tiger has a pair of eyes like topaz, guarding a priceless item.
It's waiting to be uncovered by Thea, find the treasure and hide it.'
Thea thought about those words while touching the tiger's face. Suddenly, beside the right eye, her finger found a bumpy bit; its wrinkles cleverly covered it.
She pressed it and the mouth opened slowly. Inside it was a roll of film.
'What kind of treasure is that?' Thea thought. 'Could it be Uncle Tatsuya kidding me?'
She put it in her pocket and closed the mouth. The doorbell rang right after.
"Who is it?" Asked Thea.
"Himuro Tatsuya." A voice replied in Japanese.
Thea grinned and opened the door, but the two people beside Uncle Tatsuya weren't her parents. It's two strangers; one tall and one short.
"Thea, where's your parents?" Uncle Tatsuya asked worringly in english.
"They went to meet you at the airport."
"What do we do with her when we're searching the house?" The short guy asked to the tall guy.
"Lock her up." The tall guy replied coldly.
"What?! Search the house? Uncle Tatsuya, what is going on?" Thea stumbled back.
"Go to your room. You'll be fine." He soothed.
"Where's the film?" The tall guy forcely asked Himuro.
The film! Thea flinched. She moved her hand from her side to her pocket.
'They mustn't be good people. I need to hide it.' She frowned.
She came to her room and looked around. Nowhere was a good place to hide it except the ceramic tiger.
The sounds of crashes outside the door got louder and louder.
Thea's eyes suddenly sparkled.
Suddenly, the two guys kicked the door open, so Thea quickly dropped her smirk and turned to them. She also changed her gaze and looked at her desk. What a wrong move; the letter Uncle Tatsuya send her was on it.
The tall guy noticed her uneasiness and read the letter.
"So the film is in the tiger and only you can solve it." He snared.
Thea bit her lower lip and walked to the tiger. She did the same thing to open it, but as she was putting the film back in, the tall guy snatched it off her.
The two guys soon vanished out of sights in the streets.
"Finally it's peace. Although the only evidence to prove that those two were spies are gone." Uncle Tatsuya sighed in japanese, but he ruffled Thea's hair. "It's not your fault."
"Uncle Tatsuya, the film isn't gone. It's in my camera." Seeing Himuro widen his eyes made Thea giggle. "When I went into my room, nowhere seems to be a place to hide it well. But, I noticed the camera mum and dad bought for me. So, I replaced the film in it with the film from the tiger." Thea explained with a proud smile. "But, what if they find out I swapped them?" She asked worriedly.
"They won't; it might have already been burned. After all, it's the ONLY evidence to say they're spies."
A car parked outside and started beeping.
"It must be your parents." Himuro chuckled.
Thea turned her head to the ceramic tiger. Its eyes seemed to glow for an instint at her as if saying, "Well done, Theana Kagami."
Thea turned back to her front and lowered her head. If one looked closely, they would see a smile.
