Easy
It was easier than I expected; sharing a space with someone while acknowledging the fact that is belongs to not just me but to both of us.
Maybe it was because, partially at least, I'd been doing that since I was fifteen.
But for some reason I thought that when Rukia and I finally moved in together for real she'd be difficult and annoying. Turns out she was easier to live with that before and by far easier to deal with than my college roommate. That arrangement lasted for a total of about three days before he thought I was crazy and talked to myself….and the invisible ghosts haunting the dorm…Okay so that last bit was on purpose but a guys got to get his kicks where he can.
Anyway, she was a human furnace and the cold hands were a plus because I was now never froze, my feet didn't turn to ice as I slept and her touch was soothing instead of burning when she healed my wounds after a battle.
(No matter how much it annoys her to have to do it I don't trust anyone else, besides maybe Inoue and her power make me nervous and claustrophobic…don't you judge me.)
Also she doesn't care if we eat out or order in every night because it's not like she needs to worry about her intake of calories or carbs or whatever girls are counting these days, with the amount of 'exercise' we get on a daily basis. And its not like either of us could be bothered to cook.
She's low maintenance; so leaving the house doesn't take hours.
She gets hen I need her to shut up. (though she usually doesn't when I just want her to.)
She's not overly sensitive either. In fact she's the insensitive one in our relationship. Which is good because I don't like touchy feely crap and I don't think anyone else could put up with her anyway.
And the sex is great.
So all in all; easy to live with.

Fine so she's a friggin banshee. I never said she was perfect.
But who said it had to be hard?
….Who am I kidding? If that bitch doesn't shut up I'll kick her ass.
And I mean this in the nicest way.
