"Ah, yes it's you!"
I looked up to see a young man maybe in his late 20's dressed in a rather unusual fashion. He is wearing dress pants, dress shoes and shirt, a red bow tie, suspenders and a brown tweed jacket. It's not typically what you would find someone wearing in a Glacier Hill's playground; except this is exactly where I was.
I was just sitting alone on a swing with my thoughts. It was so quiet I don't know how i didn't notice the man coming towards me. Yet there he was standing a metre away.
"I can't believe it's you! You were in a place I come to all the time except in a completely different spot."
The man seemed a bit crazy and I was slightly scared. "I'm sorry. I think you have me confused with someone else."
"No, no I haven't. I'm sure it's you," he said.
"Ummm… Have we met?" I asked.
"Yes! Well, only briefly when you were a small child."
The man sat down on the swing next to me. He was so peculiar I couldn't help but to stare at him.
"So your name is Elle isn't it?" he said.
"No." I said not correcting him with my real name.
"What! They changed it?"
"No, my name has always been the same."
I didn't say anything, but Elle was a shortened version of my name; short for Danielle.
I looked sideways at the man, "if you tell me your name I'll tell you mine."
"I'm the Doctor," he replied.
"What?"
"The Doctor."
"Your name is the Doctor?"
"Yes," he nodded.
"No, it's not. Come on, I want a real name."
"No my name is just the Doctor."
I sighed, "I guess you'll never know my name."
"Hey!" the Doctor said, "I told you mine. Let's keep to the deal."
"You didn't tell me your name," I replied, "the Doctor is not a real name."
