Chapter: Prologue
It's been 2 years since the Fourth Shinobi war has come to an end. And the last battle between Naruto and Sasuke as the Elemental Nations has finally gained peace.
...or so they thought...
At the Hokage monument...
On top the face statues of current or previous Hokage's. We find a lone figure standing at the top of the Fourth's Hokage's head facing the village. He currently in his late teens and stands at a full height of 6 feet tall. His has short blond hair and icy blue eyes with 3 whisker marks on each side of his face. He wears a black elastic forehead protector on his head. He then wears a black uniform jacket with an orange zipper and buttons on the waist and sleeves, which can be folded up at times. He has a red armband with an Uzumaki crest on his left arm. For his lower waist, He wore orange pants with black Shinobi sandals. (The LAST costume) This figure is none other than the hero, who ended the war and the child of prophecy Naruto Uzumaki.
Looking at the village, Naruto smiled as he thought about all the memories he had. Starting as the most heated person in the village, to the hero that he is today. His thought were then interrupted when his long time friend/partner kurama.
"What you thinking Naruto?"
"Nothing much kurama, just thinking of all the memories I had in the village you know." He said, as he smiled towards his friend.
Kurama stood silent for a second till he smirked. "yeah good times."
Naruto's smile went down, as he continued to stare at the scenery before him. "It gets pretty boring every now and then, since the war ended 2 years ago. I hope Kakashi sensei give's me a mission soon or I might just go crazy." He said, as he slumped comically.
Meanwhile he's having his moment, Kurama on the other hand closed his eyes and agreed with his tenant. "I agree it does get boring. But that's what you get when you achieve peace." The ancient fox said, as Naruto regained his composure. "Oh well no use crying over it now. Hey Kurama how about we go train in the training fields that will get this feeling of our mind." He Suggested towards the fox. As that said fox smirked. "Sure why not." He agreed, as Naruto disappeared in a yellow flash with his destination heading towards the training grounds.
Team seven training grounds...
Once he reached his destination, he was then greeted when he saw his Sensei in his Hokage robe leaning on a tree, while reading his Icha-Icha. "Oi good morning Kakashi Sensei." Naruto spoke up, as he headed towards his Sensei/Hokage.
Hearing one of his students call him, Kakashi looks from his book and eye smiles at him "yo." he greets him
Naruto runs up to him "what you doing here sensei" he smiles.
Kakashi just blinks and says "Nothing just getting some fresh air, what about you?"
Naruto just looks at him "oh ok kakashi-sensei well to answer your question. I'm just here to train cause there's no mission going on and I'm just bored hehe."The young hero said, as he rubes the back of his head while smiling at the same time.
kakashi chuckles "I see what you mean." He said, as he then moves from the tree. "Ok Naruto I will leave you to your training then, just don't overdo it." Kakashi ordered playfully, causing the orange loving ninja to laugh.
"Hai Sensei see ya." He said, as he saw his teacher disappear leaving him alone. "Ok kurama how you wanna do this?" Naruto asked the fox, who wakes up by opening one eye. "Lets start off by turning into your six paths." Kurama said, with Naruto following as instructed. The young sage closed his eyes, as he tuned out everything and concentrated. Golden with a mix of purple aura, surrounded the young man till it enveloped his entire being. Slowly opening his eyes revealing his once ocean blue irises were now amber gold with cross slit pupils. Once his eyes were fully open, he was suddenly engulfed in a massive pillar of pure gold chakra. Once the pillar began to die down. Standing in the center was Naruto, only difference was that his once sun kissed tan skin became lighter. Along with his once blond hair now golden in flaming chakra. His whiskers birthmarks were now more noticeable as they are now black bars.
His black jacket stayed the same, only this time covered in golden Rinnegan and 9 magatama like markings on the back and both shoulders. As for his red armband and white bandages on his right arm were now gold. His once orange pants were now gold aswell, with black six path markings on them. And lastly his headband and ninja shoes stay the same color black. This is Naruto in his six path sage mode.
Taking a deep breath, Naruto looked at his hand and smirked. "It's been awhile since I used this form. So what now Kurama." Naruto asked his long time tenant.
"Now...I think it's time you create your very own avatar."
Hours later...
Its night time in the training grounds, and Naruto was found laying on the ground, as he gaze at the stars.
"Man the stars look beautiful out tonight right kurama." He smiled.
Kurama nods
"Hey kurama do you ever wonder...if there could be...I don't know other worlds out there?" Naruto asked his tenant within his mindscape, since the fox lived for as long as old man sage lived.
Kurama rolls his eyes on the question, but he answered non the less. "Your asking the wrong fox on that one. But father did always tells us stories of other worlds when I was just a kit. But I never pay any interested in any of that...what brought this on about Naruto?" Kurama asked. Naruto was about to speak, but was interrupted when he felt something dark in the area. So he sharpened his eyes and stood quickly and got into a defensive stance. " kurama di-" Whatever he was about to say cut off when Kurama spoke.
Kurama growls."Yea I felt it, were being surrounded as we speak get ready kit." He said, as Naruto then looks around the field and spot something crawling around the ground like a shadow. Seeing this caused his eyes to widen.
Towards the spot he was currently looking at, the shadow began to resurface from the ground taking shape into what looks like a little Imp. With yellow eyes, small sharp claws and little cracked shaped horns on it's head. Seeing this, Naruto looked at his surrounding and saw more of them finding himself surrounded.
Recovering from his shock, Naruto takes out a kunai from his pouch. "What the Hell are these things!" He said, as he prepares to fight them.
Kurama glares at them, as he stood on all fours."I don't know kid, I've never seen anything like this but get ready in case they attack!" Just when kurama warned him. The creature infront of him jumps towards him, attempting to attack.
Seeing this, Naruto quickly jumps over it and throws his kunai at the back of the creatures head. When he landed on the ground away from the rest. He looks at the one he killed, only for his face turn into horror when the creature got up and turns to look at Naruto and starts shaking.
Is...is that thing laughing at him.
Naruto expression turned dark, as he glared at it. "Oh you think this is funny now huh...well try this you little shit!" Quickly doing hand signs at a fast pace, as soon as he did the last sign he takes a deep breath. "Katon: Goukakyuu No Jutsu!" He released a massive fireball about the size of a house. Once his attack makes contact it causes a large explosion withing the training field.
Waiting for the flames to die down, Naruto then sees a lone figure wearing a black cloak with a hood covering his face standing within the flames. (Organization XIII cloak)
They stare at each other in silence till Naruto began to speak. "Who are you?, Were you the one who send these things to attack me!" He asked/demanded at the mysterious figure.
The said figure said nothing till he raised his hand and pointed at Naruto. "Are you Naruto Uzumaki?" The figure said, as Naruto just glares at him. "So what if I am, you still didn't answer my question!"
The cloak figure lowers his arm, as a red sword with a blue bat like wing close to the tip and a cyan cat slit eye on the handle appeared on his hand. The figure raised his blade, as he points it at Naruto. "I want to see if you are the one he spoke off." Said the figure as he gets into a stance.
Naruto glares at him in silence, as he takes out two trench knives that Shikamaru gave him. (Asuma's trench knives) "Is that why you attack me?, and what do you mean he spoke off me!." He asked once more, only for the mysterious figure to say nothing as he charges at him in incredible speed.
With no choice, Naruto charges aswell with both meeting in the center of the field. Sparks fly around them as they clash blades fighting for dominance. That is until Naruto begins to overpower his opponent due to his years of fighting stronger opponents in his ninja career. Knowing being pushed back, the cloak figure backfilps away giving himself some distance.
After getting some distance, the figure looks at his right arm and sees a small cut with blood leaking out of it.
Looking away from the wound, the figure looks back at Naruto "You are quite skilled." He spoke, while Naruto said nothing has he added wind chakra to the knives forming into the size of a broadsword. "You haven't seen anything yet!" Naruto said, as the unknown gets into his stance as did Naruto. Both stared in silence till they instantly meet in the center as they enter into another clash of blades.
Naruto slashed at the man, only for it to be blocked by his blade. Taking the chance, the assailant tried to throw a punch at Naruto, but grunted in pain. As Naruto used his other Wind covered trench knife to block the punch causing his attacker's hand to be cut badly by the wind chakra.
kicking him away to gain some distance, Naruto then did some hand signs. "Fuuton: Furyuu no Jutsu!" Heavy winds surrounded our hero, as a massive shenlong Dragon made out of wind took shape and charged at the hooded figure.
The hooded quickly raised his left arm surrounding himself in black aura. "Reflect" Instantly a dark blue barrier came forth as it deflected Naruto's wind dragon sending it right back at him.
Widening his eyes in shock, Naruto quickly rolled out the way as his attack went straight for the tree's leaving a massive trail like gash crater in it's wake.
Looking the aftermath of his attack, Naruto turns back at the man "What kind of jutsu was that?, I haven't seen anything like it, is that a kekkei genkai?" Naruto asked, but the man said nothing, as he returns to fighting stance. "It's no Jutsu that was magic." He said, as he ran to Naruto, attempting to slice him in half. But Naruto gets up and block the attack with both his knives, as both now stare at one and other in a struggle for dominance.
Gritting his teeth, Naruto then roared. "This ends now!" Doing a quick leg sweep to his opponent, the hooded figure falls on the ground leaving him defenseless. As Naruto step at mans arm and points his enhanced chakra knife at his neck.
"It's over!" Naruto said, as he stares at the man. Who the man in question looks at him in the eye "Or is it?" Naruto Wonder what he meant until kurama warned him. "Naruto!" But it was too late, as Naruto looks at his feet and saw a dark portal appear as he falls into it "AHHHHHHH!" Those were his last words as he falls into the abyss of darkness.
The portal closes, as the hooded figure stood up and turns to leave "I'll leave the rest to you Diz." He said to himself, as he disappears into the Shadows...
