A carnival was held in a small town near to the Mediterranean Sea and Spain, of course, was there, revelling with his people and Romano. It was still just middle of the afternoon but almost everybody was dancing, a lot of guitarists and singers doing their best to entertain them. The Italian was also dancing and enjoying himself, he liked Spain's carnivals.
After a song suddenly everybody grew silent and looked to one point. Romano went there, curious what was happening and as a country the people let him go through the multitude. He soon arrived to the middle of the crowd and in an empty circle he saw Spain there sitting in a small, stone bench tuning a guitar, behind stood a lot of people with different Spanish musical instruments and a few singers. After he finished he looked up and noticing Romano he beckoned to him to come and sit at the free chair next to him.
When everybody was ready and the Italian was sitting in his place, Spain smirked at his people happily and started singing. It was a cheerful, playful song and everybody was listening to it carefully. They slowly started dancing as his voice was clearly intelligible everywhere.
Romano listened to Spain fascinated, a small smile forming on his lips as he was staring at how enthusiastically and happily he was singing. His fingers moved briskly and ably on the guitar making the revellers astonished.
"Romano! Look carefully how cool your Boss is!" he suddenly said making the boy blushing and giving him a little angry look. Like he wasn't watching him!
The song had arrived to a part where Spain paused singing but kept on playing the guitar. With his fingers he beckoned to Romano to come closer. As the boy did so leaning towards him, he stopped playing with one of his hands and slid a finger under his chin gently drawing him into a brief, soft kiss. Then slowly pulling back he smiled at him and looked at his eyes lovingly.
Romano only sat back to his place when Spain continued singing. He blushed that Spain kiss him and that he kissed him in front of a whole town if not more. But to tell the truth he didn't mind it. He just kept listening to him and smiled shyly but happily, looking at him like this until the song ended.
