Angel-chan: Kunichiwa minna~! Watashiwa Angel-chan~! This is my first fic on FanFiction, so I hope you enjoy! It's a one-shot for The World God Only Knows. Minty-chan isn't writing in this one.

KEIMA'S POV

I was walking down the noisy halls of school with Elsie to go to the library to check on Shiori's goddess. Well, I was told by Elsie that I needed to catch a vintage that has almost killed a goddess. So as I was walking, and I thought, "I'll catch vintage, and then play my games again! I just hope Shiori will be fine!" It's just my logic. In a matter of seconds, I was standing in front of the library. When I arrived in front of the library my body was a nervous wreck, and my hands were shaking for some reason as I placed them on the doorknob. I thought, "Please let Shiori be fine! Just anyone but Shiori! No wait, what am I thinking? Shiori will be fine of course, it's just the goddess that will be gone!" Keima's hands stopped shaking. Elsie asked, "Divine one, are you okay? You seem to be nervous to open the door!" okay. I admit, I actually looked like an idiot just standing there having a random spaz attack with my hand. So I thought quickly and replied," Oh I was just thinking what would happen if Minerva disappears…" Elsie just stood there with her smile," So… Are you still going to open the door or what?" After she said that, it occurred to me that she was hinting me to just open the door, so I turned the handle of the door. As I slowly and quietly opened the door, a short figure of a girl appeared. She was sitting on a library desk, and crying. When I saw that, my first reaction would of course, be, "Shiori!"

Elsie gasped. I rushed over to the short figure's side and when she turned her face over to look at me, it was stained with blood. At first, I thought it was Shiori, until I realized that her eyes that met mine were not the same. It was Minerva. Her hair was cut, and she was crying. The sight of Elsie and me just made her cry even more. Then with her tiny voice, she gathered up her courage and muttered, "Shiori protected me."

She died.

At first, I couldn't move. My body didn't even flinch. Not a single muscle of my body twitched. I was frozen with fear and sadness as thoughts raced through my mind on the inside.

ELSIE'S POV

Divine one was frozen stiff. He dropped his most precious PFP gaming system on the floor. He quietly said," please tell me you are joking." I couldn't move either. But I replied to him saying," I wish it is a joke... But I think she's serious." After a few ten seconds, he whispered, "it's all your fault. If you didn't pick Shiori, she would've still been living." I thought that was mean so I stood up and said," But It's not Minerva's fault that Shiori sav-"I was cut off by a "SHUT UP!" Minerva looked up at me with her big eyes. They were plain and dull, no longer filled with tears.

" It is my fault. She died because I killed her. I killed her so I would live." Minerva said in a soft voice.

That's when I saw another lifeless girl behind Minerva.

"That's right, Minerva killed me."

It was Shiori.
