AN: Big shout out to BeastlyBat93 for both encouraging me to not give up completely on Sparky and for helping me write a Sparky and Timmy friendship story. I couldn't had done it without you, man. I also want to point out that since we don't know anything about what Sparky's highly allergic reaction to the pasta might of been in his debut, I decided to add a little something.

Yes, it's not important I know. But I wanted to put it in here anyways. Enjoy, and sorry if Sparky or Timmy seem a little OOC in this cute little one shot. But it pretty much happens in the show, so yeah I guess it's considered normal.

Disclaimer: I don't own The Fairly OddParents.

"Man, I hate that icky Vicky and her evil monster of a dog." Sparky grumbled while he limped beside his beloved owner Timmy Turner. The two had just entered the twelve year olds bedroom after a not so fun afternoon with the evil babysitter and her just as evil canine companion.

Right now, he'd rather be leaping on Timmy covering him with dog slobber instead of whining and complaining about his unpleasant injury. Or he'd even consider on taking Mr. Turner's car out for a joyride around town with Timmy in the passenger seat, while he stuck his head out the window as he recklessly drove down the street.

So he wasn't the best driver on the block, but that didn't stop him from taking it from the garage anyway. If he didn't badly damaged his tail wand in the fight, then he would had been able to magically heal himself. The little fairy dog had really landed himself in hot water earlier that same day, and it had nothing to do with chewing the Turner's furniture this time.

"I'm sorry about all the trouble I've caused today, Timmy." Sparky bowed his head in shame, his sky blue eyes facing the floor boards. Another cone was fastened around his neck to prevent him from biting at his injured front paw he had received from a brawl with the evil baby sitter's dog.

Timmy sighed as he hung up Sparky's leash on his door knob, collapsing onto his nice soft bed. He was completely exhausted from fleeing from Vicky's back breaking labor she put him through. Both his clothes shredded and hair in a frizz from the teenager's evil instruments of torture.

Luckily, both Cosmo and Wanda were with Chloe and her parents on a weekend trip around the world, and Poof had stayed with either Blonda or at Mama Cosma's house whenever he wasn't at school.

Sparky was apart of Timmy's life now, and he was gonna love and protect him at all costs no matter what. But since his adoption, he had been getting into all kinds of mischief. Dragging both Timmy and his Godparents along for the wild ride all because he was just being a dog.

He was a hyperactive and mischievous dog with a whirlwind of energy. Something that squirrels, cats, and even the mail man had to be well aware and precautions of. Still, Timmy loved that troublesome pooch with all his heart. He even promised to never give up on him again after he'd saved his life from the flood.

"It's okay, but you gotta be more careful. Doidle is just as evil as Vicky herself. Consider yourself lucky that he didn't rip you limb from limb."

"I know, and I thought she was enough to scare the crud out of me. But I was only trying to protect you from danger, Timmy! You're my new best friend and owner. I just couldn't let her kill you!"

Sparky's voice finally cracked as he began to cry, howling hysterically from both the pain and thought of ever being abandoned once again. His owner slid off the bed, giving the poor little dog a gentle pat on his back where he now cried in his arms.

"Let's face it, I know I was a bad dog. I'm pathetic and annoying! You're better off just taking me back to the pet store where I'll be alone again!"

"Calm down, Sparky. I'm not gonna bring you back to the pet store, and you're not pathetic and annoying. In fact, you're way cooler then Vicky's dog could ever be."

Seeing his new magical companion so upset had made the boy feel like shedding a tear or two himself. He hate to see Sparky like this. No, he hate to see anyone of his friends and family members in this kind of mess. Like that dreadful day when he was found guilty of being the worse Godchild ever by the fairy council, and as a result Poof was taken away from his parents.

He still remembered feeling the guilt in the pit of his stomach while he listened to the painful cries both Cosmo and Wanda had unleashed in the courtroom of having their only precious gift from above be ripped away. But at lest he made up for all his wrongdoing in the end.

"It's alright, Spark. You'll never be alone again I promise. I'll be the best pet owner you ever had, and I'll take really good care of you until the end of time. I won't let Vicky or her evil mutt destroy our friendship."

Sparky's wails slowly began to diminished once Timmy carefully sped up with the stroking motions. Thankfully, he wouldn't have to worry about his room being waterlogged from the dog's teardrops of heartache anymore.

"T-thanks, Timmy. That really means a lot to me."

"No problem. I know you were only trying to be my loyal guard dog and protect me from Vicky, boy. Now get some rest. It's been a long hard day." Timmy calmly replied while gently scratching at one of Sparky's ears, who wagged his tail in return.

"Seriously though, I thought that rash from your allergic reaction to the pasta you've eaten was bad. You know, you really shouldn't of eaten it if you were highly allergic."

"Yeah. I only did because it was something that you liked, and I wanted to spend some time with the world's best pet owner and friend." Sparky responded with a little yawn, now laying his head down on Timmy's comforter for a nap.

The boy just smiled at the pooch's heartfelt words.

"Thanks, Sparky. Even though you have your crazy moments from time to time, you'll always still be the world's best pet to me."
