I'm new to this so~...ya.

It's my first story so please don't get mad. I wrote this when I was at school and was bored for just sitting there.

Disclaimer: I do not own Fruits Basket or any of the characters. But, I do own this plotbunny in my brain so don't get mad at me! haha jk... no I'm not.

The day started like it did yesterday (due to the fact that there was state testing) Katte ate breakfast and talked with her friends for awhile, and after that the test began. She worked peacefully until she was finished with the test. When she was about to raise her hand, she heard a big "boom", like canon fire.

No one seemed to notice, so she thought she was just imagining it. A few seconds passed, until she saw the classroom door burst open and standing in the doorway was an anime character, but not just any random one, it was none other than Prince Yuki Sohma himself. Katte was completely surprised, and it seemed, so was everyone else.

Once she had gotten out of her shocked state she heard him yell "Come on you stupid cat. We gotta go. Now!" Again she was surprised, but she was happy because she was going to meet the real Kyo! But, when she looked around Yuki, Kyo didn't come out. She then noticed that Yuki was staring right at her! She just sat there staring until he repeated what he said, again.

Right then, Katte looked down at her left wrist and saw the bracelet that looked exactly like Kyo's. She sat in shock for a moment thinking. 'Oh my god! Yuki is really here! Does that mean that Kyo is here too!? What about the other Sohmas?' These questions running through Katte's mind, she didn't know what to think anymore! She finally just got up, got her stuff, and put it away walking over to Yuki.

At that moment Katte remembered that she was at school, and she turned around and saw all of the students, their faces had a look that said 'what is she doing!?', and the teacher had the same exact look. She told her that she was done with her test and after that was said, she walked out of the classroom with Yuki. As they were walking Yuki kept glancing at her from the corner of his eye.

She got irritated by it and asked him "What do you want? 'Cause you just staring at me is kinda getting creepy." After she had said that he stopped in his tracks and she stopped a few steps ahead of him and turned around to see what was wrong.

"What's wrong with you?! Are you sick or something you stupid cat!? Your acting very different then how you normally do!" Yuki yelled.

"No, I'm not sick. But, why are you here?" She said curiously. He simply replied with a shrug that he didn't know. Then suddenly a question pops into her mind. 'Does he know who I am or does he think I'm actually kyo?' Then she asked, "Do you know my name?"

He looked at her like she was crazy and answered, "Yes, your name is Kyo. Don't tell me you forgot your own name you idiotic cat." He said that with a little chuckle at the end, and she just stood there staring at him.

'Huh.. so he does think I'm Kyo.', she looked up at him. 'When did I put my head down?' She looked him square in the eyes and told him that she wasn't Kyo and that she only pretended to be him. She told him that her real name was Katte and she tried to take off the bracelet but he kept stopping her from doing it. "Don't worry nothing will happen." She said and smiled warmly at him.
