Disclaimer- I don't own Naruto.

Ha! I've finally made it to the girls of the Konoha 11/Sand Sibs/Sai/Sasuke (that's a mouthful!). Ibiki/Temari fluff piece.

Enjoy!

Ibiki clinked his glass with hers, smiling slightly. She noticed it and pointed it out, proclaiming that she, Temari, was capable of making the great Ibiki Morino smile. He laughed, thus proving her point.

"To a perfect relationship."

"Technically, nothing's perfect."

"Shut up. We are."

"Whatever you say, honey." Ibiki sighed a little and stared out of the window. Temari wasn't bothered, but he was never comfortable sitting in anything other than a window seat- paranoia, probably, but better that than dead.

"Hey, Ibi, don't drift off. I don't want you getting all depressed on me. We seriously need to get you on some pills or something."

Ibiki rolled his eyes. "Have you forgotten that I'm the one that distributes the crazy pills to people?"

Temari huffed in response. "Not in my village, you don't."

"Yes, but we're not in your village."

Temari had taken on the job of permanent ambassador to the Leaf, claiming she liked the green and fresh air. Ibiki would like to think it was him that caused her to stay here.

"Want to go back to my place later?" asked Temari, her grin slanted and devious.

"Sounds fun." Ibiki smirked. He pulled his gloves off, comfortable letting her see the ragged scars and hard calluses that marred them.

"Ibiki?"

"Hmm?"

"...Never mind." Temari was about as emotionally touchy as he was, which meant she had a good deal ofb trouble expressing her emotions.

"You can talk to me."

"I'm not stupid, dumbass."

"Such a gentle flower."

She made a face at him. "I was just going to say..." She mumbled something under her breath.

"What was that?" he teased.

"I said I love you, you big muscle-head!" Temari's face flushed red and Ibiki knew his was probably about the same.

"I...love you too." he muttered, putting the check on the table. He didn't want to linger at this restaurant just in case a shinobi he knew was there, waiting to ruin his reputation. They stood up, and Temari slapped him on the ass, earning her a scandalized look from an old lady. "C'mon, I'm feeling randy."

"I have no objections." he chuckled.

"I know you don't, Ibiki. Trust me on that one."
