Chapter 1: An Unexpected Visitor
(Ema's POV)
Ema had been finishing up her schoolwork when she heard a buzz coming from the house's intercom. She walked down to the main entrance and found a woman standing at the door, with a suitcase and a duffel. The woman looked up at Ema with a look of confusion at first, but she then smiled. Ema opened the door, and the woman held out her hand.
"I'm Leiana. Nice to meet you! You can call me Lei. You must be Ema. Welcome to the family! I hope the guys haven't been to obnoxious." Lei smiled at Ema. Ema smiled back, blushing, and said, "I'm Ema. Would you like something to drink?"
Lei and Ema sat and talked for a while, until Tsubaki and Azusa came back from their job. As the twins walked down the stairs to the main floor, Lei turned around, and they got a good look at who was sitting on the couch.
"Lei! You're back!" Tsubaki yelled, while Azusa just smiled. Lei stood up and held out her arms, while Tsubaki almost tackled her. Azusa walked up and placed a kiss on her cheek, saying, "Welcome back sis."
Ema looked between the three of them in confusion. "Wait, you have a sister? I thought there were only brothers!" Lei looked at the twins and sighed. "You guys didn't tell her, did you."
"Didn't tell me what?"
