During the last days of Battle City, a Duelist other than Yugi Muto took the tournament by storm because of his extremely sadistic and ruthless Dueling style. Every opponent that he dueled and won always end up dying painfully. According to the Dueling Forensics team, all victims got their souls pulled out from their body leaving behind a soulless corpse. The victim's ace card was taken, of course. Their Duel Disk suffered terrible damage. We have conducted a series of investigations. However we have only found two clues so far : One was the captured image of a dragon that is very similar to Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon but with an evil aura exuding from its body. The other clue was the image of a mysterious Duelist in red cap and blue jeans. He didn't show up in the Battle City Duelist Registry nor appeared in any major tournaments. His Dueling prowess is on par with Yugi Muto His ace monster is the same one that appeared on the image we sent you. Our unit have lost three of our best members. We name this guy "Duelist Reaper". We suggest that preventive security measures be taken against this threat.
