A Child's Love

inspired by To Kill a Mockingbird

A heart's wish. Love is lane cake, sweet and rich.
Love is a mockingbird bringing sweet song to all.
A heart's wish. Love is a pocket watch handed down through the generations.
Love is a bed, warm and soft.
A heart's wish. Love is a pair of overalls, free and comfortable.
Love is a tree house, you have to build it up.
A heart's wish.
Love's near.
Devil's hate.
Darkness' hate.
Light in the storm.
Hope of the downtrodden.
