You rushed to the spot of her death, blood ran from her mouth as she laid there. Still, breathless, somewhat calm. What Happened?

What happens when Lightning strikes Water?...
Electrocution.
It turns out, she was purifying a lake. The biggest lake in the valley. That valley...where you were born and raised. She planned to give the purification as a present.
What she didn't know killed her.
That valley was also prone to many thunderstorms. She didn't mind the fact that it was raining. She looked down at the water, looking at it's current progress as she gracefully stepped down.
That was when it happened.
What happens when Lightning strikes Water?...
Death.
You looked at the lightning wound, crying all the tears in your electric body. Graceful, small tears erupted from your eyes, falling gracefully down your eyes. They fell to the ground when you looked up at the sky, Arceus. whatever.
What happens when Lightning strikes Water?...
Sorrow.
You now shouted in sorrow.
Sang, prehaps.
"It's bugging me, grating me, and twisting me around. Yeah, I'm endlessly caving in, and turning inside out."
You looked down at her again as you sang the next part.
"And I want you now! I want you now! I feel my heart implode. And I'm breaking out, escaping now! Feeling my faith erode!" You sang sorrowfully, tears flowed and flew off of your face, going to the ground gracefully as you shook her body.

Sorrow.

Was it the fact that Arceus created you both at the same time?

Was it the fact that you both were legendary dogs?
"And I'm breaking out. I'm breaking out!"

You now looked at her once-ruby red eyes, now with yellow coming from them. It would be a monstrosity to look at for every other legend.

You looked at the rest of her body. There were no other wounds on her. It only seemed that it was that...
...just another reason to be angry with yourself, not saving her in time. You created the lightning in that valley before she came, when you were born.
You lifted her up, your front paws raising her to the sky. Voice cracking with sadness and sorrow for the one that you loved. The sun brightened. You squinted, yet you dared not to blink.
"And I'm breaking out, I'm breaking out! Last chance to lose control!"
And then her body disappeared into the sky like the rain.
Your orange eyes looked to the sky. You sobbed, voice now nearly hoarse from the tears in your throat.
"And I'm breaking out! Escaping now! Feeling my faith erode!"
Then you sobbed at the ground, sniffling as Arceus and Giratina came down to inspect the scene.
What happens when Lightning strikes Water?...
Electrocution.
