A few months after the Pharaoh's spirit was sent away to the afterlife, Yugi and his friends has enjoyed peace. But it won't last long. The Orichalcos has returned, and Yugi risks his soul to stop and destroy it.

Prologue

Since Atem was sent to the Spirit World, Yugi and his friends have enjoyed peace. But, they still miss the Pharaoh, and the adventures that occurred because of him. Then, a few months after the Pharaoh's journey to the Spirit World, Kaiba set up another tournament, in which Yugi won. He was not happy in winning. Yugi's unhappiness is linked to his darker side, the Pharaoh. He wishes for the Pharaoh's spirit to return. Then, just after the tournament, a familiar green light formed at the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. It has returned.
