Everybody Has a Dark Side

A dark rage fueled by guilt and grief drove Horatio to his destiny in Brazil. With the flick of a wrist a sharp knife blade slit the throat of one Antonio Riaz. As the life blood flowed from the man pooling around his cooling body, Horatio cleaned the knife and slipped it back in his pocket.

Eric stared at the redhead in shock. He knew Horatio could be deadly when provoked, but never imagined that his boss...his brother-in-law...could be… so ruthless.

"Horatio?" Eric whispered.

"We get rid of the body," Horatio replied. He looked Eric directly in the eye. His blue ones boring into Eric's brown ones. "And this never happened."
