Here's just another one shot I wrote during 3rd and 4th block. :3 Im working on 3 other updates and this story is just kind of here.
Enjoy!
…..
In a shadowy, gloomy neighborhood where creepy old ladies live and strange alien sightings occur lies a little house in which a six year old boy lives.
In this house with the address number of 778, the little boy that goes by the name of Todd Casil lies in his bed of his darkened room. He was partially hidden under the grey covers, clutching his most prized possession to his chest.
A stitched teddy bear with an everlasting eerie grin.
The teddy bear goes by the name of Shmee. Or that's what Todd calls him. Shmee talks to Todd. Sometimes the bear offers mere kindly advice. But most times, what the bear speaks of is bad.
The lump in the covers clutching the bear shook with fear, his eyes as wide as dinner plates as he listened to the screams of agony echoing from the neighboring house of 777.
The house of screams.
The house was very run down. It looked abandoned during the day, but still rather frightening to any passing-byer. But at night, the house seemed very active. Filled with screams and noises. Although most people that lived in the small neighborhood couldn't care less or even think twice about it.
Little Todd has nightmares of the man that lives inside the beaten house of 777. He refers to him as the "Scary Neighbor Man" or "Mr. Scary Neighbor Man." Whenever he sneaks into Todd's home.
The Scary Neighbor Man has a name though. His name is Johnny C. No one knows what the C stands for and neither does he.
Johnny allows Todd to call him Mr. Scary Neighbor Man, but often tries to get the boy to call him Nny. The man calls the boy Squee.
When Nny comes to visit Squee, his clothes and hands are stained with blood. Maybe that's why little Squee is so scared of Nny. Although, the only people they talk to is eachother. Or maybe it's the fact that Nny lives in the house of screams.
Squee just likes to call the house where the Scary Neighbor Man lives.
Although he doesn't care what he calls it, right now, he just wants to get through the night while trying to block out the screams.
….
I didn't really like the ending much. But I had to end it somehow. :/ The story was originally going to be called "The House With Broken Hinges" but I decided against it. Please review if you like it.
