A room full of pretty things, but your sad face is the only thing I see.
Why doth thou mourn, my goblin, Fae Lord?
Your eyes: so sad, so harsh, yet so loving.
I try to reach you but fail.
I mourn.
But there! You are near!
You fade once more.
The faster you leave, the more I yearn to cry.
But soon I feel a tap upon my shoulder.
Turning, I see you.
I allow relief to reflect in my eyes and smile.
I see shock within your mismatched eyes before the sadness reigns once more.
You sing to me as the sadness grows dim while we dance.
We stop suddenly and sadness lives in your face once more.
I beg to know why, when you say I will leave you.
Canst thou not see how much I long to stay in this dream with you?
You grow angry with my silence and order me to leave if I must go.
I smile, and say no.
I take your hand and hold it against my face and sing as we dance once more.
'There's such a sad love, deep in your eyes, a tale of cruel love, which left you aloneā¦'
Kiss me and we stay forever in our dream.
The Scene fades from sight for it is in our hearts and souls from whence the dream comes.
Dancing, dancing to our Eternity.
Forever.
