Ch 1 : Genesis Pt 1
I awoke as if from a daze to see my home a wreck, Apocalypse the "first Mutant" is lying as if unconscious, and the X-men at my feet, my name is Polarys and i am God! Perhaps we should start from the beginning, my birth name was Raymond Johnson, my mother died when i was young and my father was unknown to me. I grew up in an Orphanage in Ontario, Canada. I had seven "siblings" : Avian, Terra, Rose, Ire, Aquamarine, Raven, & Lucio. Avian was the oldest and Rose was the youngest. We went to a Private boarding school when i turned 5, for some odd reason Avian and Terra hung out more after that.
And so my 10th birthday rolled around, Laura Kinney the school bully started picking on Rose, "god i wish that people like her would just die!" i thought, and out of nowhere Laura's Bike crushed two members of her Posse, I was so in shock i ran not checking to see if Laura was OK, "ok, what the hell was that? Probably just coincidence that's all! I'll just head home and..." I thought then Avian and Terra appeared. " where do you think your going?" said Avian his greased blonde hair swaying in the wind and his fur trimmed coat ruffling in the autumn breeze. "H..home!" I replied cowardly, I've never seen them like this " Mr. Langowski wouldn't want to hear what we just saw now didn't he?" Said Terra Gruffly, His Earthen Skin adapting to the climate. " you can't prove nothin' " I said " you think we would turn in one of our own?" Avian said with a chuckle. "What do you mean 'one of our own'?".
Avian and Terra took me to and Old construction site that Mr. Howlett used to use.. Alot. "If you're one of us then you must have a power" Avian said "Mine is Air Manipulation" as Avian lifted several tons of sand into a swirling vortex. "An mine's Earth Manipulation" said terra as he forced the gravel around him to form a thick armor. "An from what we saw? Your's is metal manipulation." avian looked to the pile of rebar. "You guys are crazy, I'm not Magneto, and I'm NOT a Mutant." "Bullshit kid, I can smell it on ya." said a voice from the shadows. And Logan Howlett appears. "Mr. Howlette? But how?" said Avian " Tracked ya and sorry for this kiddo's I really did like ya, Let'em Rip Wade" you know a book once said " in the beginning there was darkness then god said ' Let there be Light!" and there was light" and like such my old life faded into darkness and my new Life started with a fluorescent Light on in a cement block. But where was I? What would become of my Family? Of my Siblings? And most important What would happen to me?
