I glanced at my wristwatch for the first time since I woke up. 5:45 a.m. I couldn't believe I was up so early and in a holiday morning! Around me it was a little dark while I was walking to the beach, the sun was just coming out from the sea when I saw her, the reason why I was up so early, the only girl that could make me do a thing like that and still get away with it. She was already in the sand, looking at the see and at the sun, her brown hair flying around because of the light wind that blew in the morning. I came closer and wrapped my arms around her waist, at first she was a little surprised but then she leaned in my arms. Her body was cold against mine but soon enough my warmth was spread through it too.
"I thought you didn't want to come" she stated softly always looking at the sunrise.
"I will always come if you're waiting for me" I whispered in her ear causing her to shiver. I thightened my grip on her while the sun finally decided to rise a little and shine upon the beach around us.
"That's beautiful" she exclaimed looking at the sky, there was a red sun rising on the sea and the light was spreading in the water reflecting everywhere, I nod silently and looked at the light shining on her face. I have never notice how perfect her nose was and her skin was, it was like I could stare at her for all my life and never get tired. I smiled thinking that all that beauty was mine, she was mine, I couldn't believe that she had choosen me. Lost in my thoughts I haven't noticed that the sun was completely up. But then she turned around without breaking out of my arms. I looked at her blue eyes and everything I was going to say, every doubt that I had about how pathetic I was for coming here, was answered. I don't know how it happened but everytime I look at her eyes, it's like we managed to comunicate without words but even better then we could ever do with them, it's like we can exchange feelings...and the most amazing thing is that I know she feels the same because she had this look in her eyes like a weird light or a sparkle. For a while neither of us spoke, we're lost in our own world where words are unuseful, almost not even necessary.
When we broke eye contact it was like returning to the real world, and the light was stronger around us.
"Ok, so since you came I think you deserve a full Stewart breakfast!" Miley exclaimed taking my hand and dragging me to her house.
"You know you can't get away so easily" I flirted, I mean I woke up really really early for her, I get to have something for that right? And as much as I love food I wasn't talking about it. She looked at me smirking a little.
"I know...I'll make it up to you, promised!" she replied and gave me a peck on the lips. I smiled at her and we headed for the Stewart's house both happy and with huge smiles on our faces.
