I'm excited for Pokémon X and Y, here's fic of Serena and Calem, the player characters of Pokémon X and Y.

Summary: Serena drags Calem out to play in the rain just like old times.
Genre: Friendship/Romance
Couple: Calem/Serena, Player Characters of Pokémon X and Y.
Calem stood in his backyard holding an umbrella and watching a certain blond haired girl splashing in puddles, getting her clothes all wet.
"Serena, you're not going to get any younger by jumping in puddles." Said Calem, rolling his eyes.
Serena stuck out her tongue, "Come on Calem, you're missing out on the fun."
"At least put on a raincoat and boots if you want to splash in puddles." Said Calem.
Calem disappeared into his house, only to come back wearing a blue raincoat and black boots. Serena followed his example and put on her raincoat and boots.
"Hey Calem." Said Serena, walking over to the fence that separated their home gardens.
"Yeah?" Replied Calem, his back facing Serena.
"Surprise!" Shouted Serena, splashing him with water.
Calem blinked as water ran down his raincoat, with a playful grin on his face. He went into Serena's home garden and scooped a handful of water from the rain collector, before splashing it at Serena. This continued for a couple of minutes, before the two of them burst out laughing.
"That was fun, just like old times." Said Serena, lying down on the grass, not really caring if her clothes were going to get wet. Well her clothes were already wet to begin with.
"Yeah, sometimes I wished that we can go back to being kids." Laughed Calem.
"Yeah, having fun and not having to worry about anything." Said Serena.
"But, I'm glad that we can do this again." Said Calem.
Serena grinned and laid her head on Calem's shoulder staring at the sky. They stayed in that position until Serena's mother called her inside.
"Let's do this again sometime." Said Calem.
"Sure thing." Grinned Serena.
Calem returned home and went to change into dry clothes before going to his bedroom, which was just opposite Serena's. Calem smiled, he hasn't had so much fun in a while, especially since he was going to go on his journey soon. He hoped that he could travel with Serena, although he has never heard her mention anything about going on a journey. But hopefully, they can do this again sometime soon. Hopefully, before he starts his journey.
