This is just a random one-shot I thought of reading the maximum ride books.
Okay, so you know how in the Last Olympian, Grover says he has a bunny phobia? WELL, this is how I think he gets over it.
Grover's POV
"Perrrcy." I groaned as my best friend shoved me into the woods.
"No Grover. You need to get over this stupid phobia of rabbits." Percy told me as he pushed me towards some bunnies. I had celery in my hands and was holding onto them like my life depended on it, which for me, it sorta did.
"Why?" I asked, shivering at the mere sight of there black/red beady eyes.
"Because your the lord of the wild now, G-Man, and you never know who, or what, your going to need to ask for help." he had a point there, but I still didn't want to do it. BUNNIES ARE BIG BULLIES!
"Here" Percy said, holding out a snow white rabbit with red piercing eyes and held it in my face. I took one look into those beady eyes and fainted.
When I woke up, Percy was gone, and I was surrounded by white and grey. I mean, the trees were white with grey leaves, the grass was light grey, the sky ~ pure white. I got up off the grass, and saw a trail of celery and apples. I smiled and started to follow them, picking them up along the way.
Soon, I was in a clearing and my arms were full of apples and celery. I looked around, and almost peed myself when I saw a giant white rabbit standing on its hind legs, so it was as tall as me.
It hopped towards me, took all my celery, and pushed me down to the ground. It started throwing apples me, and calling me a wimp in a squeaky, rubbery voice. I cowered and assumed a fatal position. Soon, when it had no more apples, it started munching on the celery, giving me insults. But the one that really made me mad was when he (I'm just guessing that it's a he) said that satyrs were just tools. Wimps. I got up and glared at him.
"Oh, what you gonna do. I already have your celery." he taunted, holding up the celery to prove his point.
"Satyrs. Are. Not. WIMPS!" I yelled, and then I jumped him, punching him and kicking, and trying to reach my celery.
"Gimme back my celery!" I yelled, sounding like a 5 year old.
"NO!''
Soon we were wrestling, the celery laying beside us, long forgotten.
After about ten minutes, the buny was on the floor, watching me eat the celery with a sad expression on his face. The next thing I knew, he was in front of me screaming.
"WAKE UP! WAKE UP!"
I fell to the ground as everything started to disappear, The last thing I thought before it all went black was; My celery is gone.
I woke up with Percy above me, still holding the bunny.
"Dude, are you okay?" he asked, with a worried expression, but he also looked like he was about to bust out laughing.
"Yes." I replied getting up, and I looked at Percy and the rabbit in confusion.
"Why are you still holding the thing?" I asked. He shrugged and put her down. She hopped over to me and nuzzled my ankle. I frowned, then shrugged and picked her up. Percy stared at me open mouthed.
"Guess my phobia's gone." I smirked. Percy just nodded, still wide eyed.
"Now, on to more important matters." I said, "Where's my celery?" I asked. Percy shrugged, and a second later the rabbit from my dreams came hopping threw with my celery. I glared.
"Oh, it's on." I said, then shoved the rabbit back to Percy and ran towards the bunny. I tackled him, and we both went rolling down a hill, leaving a bewildered Percy behind.
