Note: Hi! This is my first Bully fic and the concept had been hanging around in my head ever since I first finished the game. I think it would be awesome if this happened in Bully 2 (which they better hurry up and decide they're making!!) Let me know what you think! Thanks! :D

Disclaimer: I obviously don't own Bully, but I am one of Melvin's wenches.

The Bigger Picture

So it's taken a year. Not that long a time in the full spectrum of everything, but patience is not one of my virtues – no matter how I come across. Watching those clique leaders continue to fight back and resist the oppression that was inevitably going to crush them like the dumb bugs that they were was painful, but it had been worth it. For a while I thought Jimmy was going to see through the whole thing, expose what we were doing. Realise that he was just being used.

But, man, Jimmy really must be dumb. He didn't see it at all.

We had it planned from the beginning, as soon as we got wind of a new kid coming to Bullworth. Gary likes to think it was all his idea but it wasn't, but I'll let him think that if it keeps him happy. Gary isn't as smart as he thinks he is, but that's okay too – his holier-than-thou attitude is what drew me to him in the first place. It was my idea for Gary to act as his enemy – as a distraction – while I worked away behind the scenes. With Gary and the cliques getting all of Jimmy's attention I could work in peace, spreading those rumours and making sure people kept turning against that angry little psychopath. I needed people to hate him because I needed Jimmy to push. I needed to know just how strong he was, to test him. To make sure I would be ready when my time came. And he's strong. He's real strong.

But that's okay. Me and Gary counted on him being that strong. We knew he would eventually regain control of everyone; reduce them into cowering messes. Jimmy managed to defeat everyone in the school, so when we defeat Jimmy Hopkins… With Gary playing the villain and me playing the helpless little sidekick, nothing could go wrong. And nothing did. It went as smooth as silk.

Apart from Gary's expulsion, but I'm pretty sure I can get him back. After all, I am the Head Boy now.

Jimmy thinks it's all over. He thinks he can relax. But what he doesn't realise is that he's been a meagre part in a game much bigger than he could ever have imagined, and it hasn't even begun. And when it does, he's not going to know what hit him.
