Hot shot had developed a crush on Override she was the prettiest thing he had ever seen. Not to mention strong, and full of heart and spirit. Hot shot was trying to figure out what Override likes so he could ask her out on a date. He knew she like racing and that was about it.
He was pretty nervous. He saw Override talking to Lori. "Hey Override." Hot shot said.
"Hello Hot shot," Override said.
"I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me?" Hot shot asked. He looked a little sweaty.
Override had been waiting for him to ask her out. "I would like to go out with you." Override said.
They went out for a nice drive in the moonlight.
After that they began to see each other more often.
It had nearly been two years. In that time Hot shot took up a new vehicle mode. Override still loved him.
A couple of weeks later Hot shot was going to ask Override to marry him. Hot shot fashioned the ring out metal he found on Velocitron and a diamond he found in an earth volcanic cave. Everyone was very impressed with Hot Shot's work.
That night on their date Hot shot was ready to ask her. "Override, I love and there is something I want to ask you." Hot shot said. He got down on one knee. "Override would you marry me?" Hot shot asked.
Override was so amazed. She didn't know what to say. She wanted to be with Hot shot forever and now she could. "YES!" she said hugged him.
Hot shot slipped the ring on her finger. "It's beautiful." she said.
"I know I made it myself." he said.
"You made this?" she said.
"I did, took a lot of work. It's made of Velocitronian metal and an earth diamond I found in a volcanic cave." Hot shot said.
"Thank you." She said. "After we're married and have daughter this ring would look great on her finger. Or if we have a son he can give it to specail lady friend of his." she said.
"That would be nice an heirloom." Hot shot said.
Once back the base they announced their engagement. Everyone congratulated them they were so happy for this lovely couple.
The time had come for the final battle. Optimus managed to destroy Megatron with the power of Vector Prime's sword. Everyone was very happy.
They were shocked that Override was going to give up leader ship of Velocitron. "I have an idea how about we lead Velocitron together?" Hot shot said.
"I like that idea." Override said.
Elita-1 Hot shot's mother came over. Optimus and Elita were proud of their son. "We are so proud of you." Elita said.
"Thanks mom." Hot shot said.
"We know you will be happy with women of your dreams." Optimus said.
"Thanks dad." Hot shot said.
Override was surprised that Hot shot was the son of Optimus prime and Elita one. But it was amazing.
Hot Rod met up with Override's parents. Override's father looked at Hot shot and they began talking. "You're fine young man I hope you are a good husband to my Override." he said.
"Don't worry sir I will." Hot shot said.
"Please call me Turfstrip." Override's father said.
"Thanks Turfstrip I'll take good care of her I really love her." Hot shot said.
Override's mother saw that Hot shot was a nice man. "He's really nice, you can call me Bright-light." she said.
"It was nice to meet you both." Hot shot said.
Override's parents met Hot shot's parents. "Nice to meet you both." Turfstrip said. "You know I was surprised he beat my girl in the big race. But now he looks different what happened to him?" he asked.
Optimus explained Hot shot's, Scattershot's and Red alert's near death experience at the hands of Megatron.
"Well it's a good thing Megatron is gone now." Elita said. Everyone else agreed to that.
The wedding planning was almost finished.
Today was the big day. Clocker helped Hot shot with his bow tie. Clocker was Hot shot's best man.
Override looked lovely in her dress. Lori was her maid of honor.
The wedding had started. The preacher turned to Hot shot. "Hot shot do you take Override as your lawfully wedded wife? To have and to hold in sickness and in health? For richer or for poorer? For better or for worse? As long as you both shall live?" The preacher asked.
"I do," Hot shot said.
"Override do you take Hot shot as your lawfully wedded husband? To have and to hold in sickness and in health? For richer or for poorer? For better or for worse? As long as both shall live?" The preacher said.
"I cyber-do!" Override said.
"You may kiss the bride." The preacher said.
Hot shot and Override kissed and everybody cheered. "May present Mr. and Mrs. Champston." the preacher said.
The couple began to dance they were so happy. They had their picture taken. Override threw the bouquet and a young femme caught it. Hot shot threw the garter. Clocker managed to catch it and that made Brakedown nervous he was just a kid. They cut the cake and feed to each other and sipped each other's punch.
Hot shot and Override were happy. "So are you two moving out to some where on Velocitron?" Turfstrip asked.
"Yes I want to thank you for paying for the house. Even though it is far from you." Override said.
"I know but everything will be fine." Turfstrip said.
"Yes I know you two will do a good job in leading Velocitron." Bright-light said.
"Thanks, Mom." Override said.
"Yes, I hope we do a good job." Hot shot said.
"You two will do great." Elita said.
"I hope to make good relations with Cybertron and Velocitron in the future." Optimus said.
"We sure will." Hot shot said.
One final picture was taken. Both of the families were together. "You are chip of the old block dear. You are true Winson. Now I'm happy to say you are Champston." Turfstrip said.
Hot shot and Override were happy and hugged.
