Shortly after the defeat of Venom Myotismon, as the Digi-destined realize they have to return to the Digi-world. They think about Kari, as Kari thinks herself, Oasis's "Wonderwall" begins in the background.
Kari is floating into the sky with the others, waving good-bye, she has to go, she's the eighth child. It is her responsibility.

She remembers Wizardmon, the fight against Myotismon.

Tai looks down at her, his responsibility.

Tai remembers the agonizing fights and all the times Angewoman has helped them, He realizes how important Kari is to the team, Kari returns his gaze, looking to him for guidance.

Kari sees Tai jump and take a hit for her. All the times she wanted to fight and he held her back.

We see the scene where she collapses on the road, not telling anyone about her cold.

As the chorus repeats, we are shown Angewoman fighting LadyDevimon, and defeating her, Kari earning her place on the team.
