Disclaimer: I, in no way, shape, or form, own Dragon Age or any of the characters. I make no money with the creation of this...whatever it is.
"Absolutely not! Riordan, this man abandoned our brothers and then blamed us for the deed! He hunted us like animals. He tortured you! How can we simply forget that?"
I clasped his shoulder. "Alastair, everything's just as you said. That's why it's perfect! He betrayed King Cailan. He blamed his death and the failure of the Battle of Ostagar on the Wardens. And now he's gonna be one! Don't you see?" My voice started to rise with my excitement, some sort of malicious glee forming inside me. "It's poetic justice! How often does one receive poetic justice in real life? Huh? Never, that's when!" I let go of my King's shoulder and marched for Loghain. "Here's our chance to get real honest-to-the-Maker poetic justice, and I am not letting it pass us by! We are doing this!"
I glanced back at Alistair as Riordan and I frog-marched he-who-would-be-king out of the hall. "Besides, chances are he won't make it if that makes you feel any better."
A/N I had to write this! This is pretty much what I thought immediately upon Riordan's suggestion that we make Loghain a Grey Warden. Then Alistair had to poopoo the idea. I pretty much ranted about it for five minutes. I almost cried it was so beautiful! haha Anyway, thus this crappy drabble was born. And I shall say no more. Although, just to be clear, I did end up killing Loghain. If only to make Alistair happy! :D
