Thirty-six hours. That's how old I was when I first met him. It was dawning on me that I might live the rest of my life alone, only to end up with the ugly's and the unwanted in the garbage can, until I saw him. He sat down in a cracked red sparkly vinyl booth kitty corner to me. He sat down with another man, with long flowing hair way past his shoulders. He looked at the other man and shook his head, laughing at his hair presumably. A young waitress, about 26 or so, came to their table to take their order. He gave her a flirty smile and ordered some cherry pie, as recommended. It was stupid, but a tiny flicker of hope blossomed within me, hoping that he liked it enough to buy me and take me home. As their coffees and his pie was delivered, I couldn't help but stare at the devilishly handsome man and also the other one beside him, that hair was almost as long as their waitresses hair. I looked away from the man-woman and towards the handsome one, who was now scarfing down his pie with a ferocity that made me tingle. I couldn't help but have racy thought of him eating me like that, devouring me, having me all to himself. "Stop it!" I chided myself. "You don't even know if he'll take you home!" He soon devoured the entire slice, and ordered a second one. The woman happily gave him another slice, flirtly tossing her hair over her shoulder as she did so. Please, oh please tell him that he can take home a whole pie! Oh what I would give to have him just glance through the frosty glass of the refrigerator and look at me. He soon devoured that one, saying to the other one something that I could interpret as "Man, I love this pie." or "Man, I like to die." Hopefully the first one. The woman came with the check, and after talking for a few moments she waved towards my case, and his face erupted in a smile. He nodded at her and gave her a $20, before walking towards the fridge. Oh, oh my! Would he really pick me out? I prayed to the bakers above that he did. He opened the door and looked around for a second before his eyes landed on me. I can describe this experience as nothing other than true love. We stared at each other intently, my whole body erupting in tingles at the way he looked at me. Oh, the things I'm sure that boy could do to me! With an almost loving gesture, he picked me up and placed me on the counter, our stare never breaking. He tipped the waitress and left, me in his arms. He placed me in the backseat of his car, and smoothly swung into the front seat of his car. The he-woman sat next to him in the passenger seat.

"Dude, you're looking at the pie like you wanna bang it. I can't believe you bought an entire pie."

"Haha, no. But oh the things I can do with my mouth." He replied, wiggling his eyebrows

"Just shut up and drive." The long haired man replied, smacking him on the arm.

Oh, was I ever going to enjoy this.
